What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We reached out to inFullMobile to redesign and further develop our mobile app, after launching an MVP-version of the app with another team.

What was the scope of their involvement?

inFullMobile are redesigning our app, working with both UX and UI, as well as developing the front- and backend. inFullMobile are a solid partner for us and have taken total responsibility for the app, from planning to execution.

What is the team composition? 

We work with a team of approximately six great people (developers, designers, QA-engineer and project manager). I am also really happy that the inFullMobile CEO are very hands-on the project as well.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

We did a thorough job and interviewed about 15 different companies, taking our time to ensure we found a partner we'd want to work with for many years to come. After meeting with the inFullMobile team, and an overall assessment of the different options, we concluded to start a partnership with inFullMobile.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with them since April 2019 and the relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

inFullMobile provides creative UI/UX designs, high-quality code and in general a lot of great input to the project. We're happy with their deliverables and processes across the board thus far and anticipate a long-term relationship with their team. 

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

They're great to work with overall–very positive, proactive, and professional. Our communication with them is direct and open, so it's been a collaborative process. They're also organized in their approach, providing a clear structure to the project to keep everything on track. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

inFullMobile takes ownership of their work and really understands our objectives. They respect our ideas, but are also good about providing feedback or pushback to improve project outcomes. It's not just an app to them; they genuinely understand and take ownership of our project goals. They're creative and tend to see solutions rather than challenges and they're able to lend valuable advice based on their extensive experience and creative talent.

The project management is professional, the designers really creative and strong in producing “customer-focused” solutions and the developers are more than solid.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything. They've maintained the same level of professionalism, attentiveness and high quality from the start of the engagement.

What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

Our company did not have the internal resources to develop our mobile apps, so we engaged inFullMobile to build the companion Android and iOS applications used to manage the music from a source platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Because we were a small startup team, the process was quite loose. We didn’t have much time to put together detailed specifications. Instead, we held a series of workshops to define the scope of the work and produce a list of features and the development plan. We contracted inFullMobile to then design and build the applications for iOS and Android according to that plan.

What is the team composition?

We worked with as many as a dozen people depending on the requirements at any given time. That group included the CEO, multiple engineers and designers, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

I learned of inFullMobile through a recommendation from the principal of a design company with whom I had worked in the past.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent approximately $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement spanned about six months from the end of 2017 into 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The primary outcome was obviously the development of the app itself, which was a well-functioning app that was used in a range of demos of our company’s technology. Ultimately, the application was a prominent reason for our eventual acquisition by a larger company.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

They were extremely responsive, and they managed the overall process well. Because we had limited resources at our company, we relied on inFullMobile to do much of the heavy lifting from a project management standpoint, which included setting up the tools that allowed us to track the project as it progressed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

inFullMobile is one of the few external partners I’ve encountered that I can reliably say will accomplish what they set out to do. There is no overwhelming process, and they are incredibly professional. Given the quality and the speed of their work, inFullMobile is easily the most cost-efficient partner. I now go to inFullMobile for all of my current development needs if we don’t have the resources.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I cannot recall any pain points from the engagement.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

As quickly as possible, I’d recommend setting up however many workshops it takes for your teams to scope the project. It’s time very well spent and sets up the engagement for long-term success.

I'm a co-founder of a technology company. We make mobile apps and UGC platforms for African consumers.

What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We had an MVP that had a lot of features, but it wasn't built to scale to our user base. We were looking for a vendor to help us develop it further.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did a quarterly review of our front- and backend systems before starting the main project, so they got a good sense of what we needed and how their capabilities aligned with our goals. Then, they gave us a formal proposal and started the development process. We use PHP on the backend, and we use AWS for our servers. We also use WebSockets on the client side. It's Native Android, so the frontend is a combination of Java and Kotlin.

What is the team composition?

We work closely with their project manager, but they have a whole team dedicated to our project.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

We were referred to them. Their CEO and CTO were both very involved in all the discussions, so we received a lot of senior-level attention.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $300,000.

We started working with them in July 2018, and the relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We now have a fully-functioning version of one of our products, which is in the market.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

They use the scrum methodology, and we talk to our project manager every day. They're extremely responsive. We use a Slack channel to communicate, and we have access to their whole team if we need them. We also talk with the CEO every week and discuss our business.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a sense of ownership that is distinct from other vendors we've worked with. They're more than just a service provider to us. It's a holistic engagement, and they’re really trying to bring value to our business. For example, they've introduced us to different investors and other people who will help us grow. Also, they have a lot of UX/UI design capabilities.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Keep an open line of communication with their leadership team and feel free to talk to them about broader business goals. They can bring a lot of additional value beyond building software. Also, they're very transparent, which helps them build trust.

We contacted inFullMobile to consult the concept we were developing, get their insight on the best possible approach to building it, design the architecture, UX and UI of it, and brand it in a good light. The inFullMobile team has done a fantastic job at lowering our initial expected time to market and operational costs by suggesting SaaS solutions. The project involved a lot of research before it could be moved to the actual development phase.

We got to know inFullMobile through a reference from a different company that used their services. We had a meeting and then a workshop. These made us feel that we were in the right hands.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed perfectly as far as I’m concerned. The communication was great, and they were on top of everything. Whenever we had urgent situations, inFullMobile pulled late hours and made sure that everything was completed. Any issues were taken care of quickly by inFullMobile. In my opinion, inFullMobile outperformed - providing support and ideas outside of what was contractually expected.

What did you find most impressive about inFullMobile?

inFullMobile was very flexible. Our project manager was extremely professional and paid close attention to detail. They made sure that all work was completed efficiently and to our satisfaction.

Our company sells consumer goods products. I’m the senior IT manager in the mobile solutions area.

What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We needed inFullMobile to help develop a mobile solution.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We wanted to have a native solution on iOS, which is inFullMobile’s specialty. The solutions that they provided were designed for iPads because our sales reps use that device. They need space to be productive and iPhones were too small. We also worked with inFullMobile on an Android project. They prepared the design, developed the solution per our requirements, and then provided support. We ran it in Agile mode, so they were working in Scrum and Agile together with us.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

I don’t remember how they were engaged because I was in a different role at the time. We were already working with them when I joined the team.

How much have you invested with inFullMobile?

It depends on the year. We’ve had years where we’ve spent more than $200,000 on their services. I would say we’ve paid them $100,000 to $400,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The work started in October 2011 and is ongoing. We have been collaborating with them for the last 5 years but not very regularly.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We got great feedback from people who used the solutions that inFullMobile developed for the audit or visit. The applications were very easy to use and we got positive feedback on how they look. The look and feel of the solution and user experience were top-notch. That is something we are proud of.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

For me, their project management skills stand out. We had very good project managers for the bigger projects. They [inFullMobile] were proactive, responsive to our needs, and agile. They were doing everything that was required to meet the deadlines. Even if we had unforeseen issues to fix during testing, they were able to meet the deadlines 90% of the time. Of course, there are things like customer requests and changes that alter the scope of the project. Some tasks were not necessarily in the original agreement, but they did whatever was best. I was really happy with the way they delivered the project as well as their timeliness.

What did you find most impressive about inFullMobile?

They are really excellent in terms of user experience. They understand how people really use the solutions. They have very deep understanding of the iOS system for sure. They had a UX designer working with us in the early stages of the project. The designer suggested ways to improve productivity of the product. We wanted to make sure that users spent as little time as possible on doing the tasks they need to do versus searching for things on the screen. This was something very impressive from their side and it was one of the biggest benefits of collaborating with inFullMobile.

Are there any areas inFullMobile could improve?

The cost is higher than average, but that’s relative. It depends on what group you compare it to. With the vendors I was working, inFullMobile’s fee was higher than average. In addition, they could also be more proactive on the support side. They provide end to end services, but I’m happier with their development than with their support service.

We worked with IFM [inFullMobile] through several companies. The main project is for a company called Secure Play. We provide online fundraising platforms for charities and other fundraising organizations. I am one of the founders and directors of our company.

What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We were trying to build a mobile and online game that would raise money in a similar way to a lottery.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked with them from end to end. In the planning phase, we had to decide if we were going to have a native app or a web-based app. After consultation, we decided to get on the web. The team in Warsaw was responsible for the design of the front-end. They also provided the database and architecture of the system. IFM handled the actual code development, as well as deployment and support. IFM also makes additional changes since we want to improve the platform based on customer feedback. We’re starting a new project with IFM for another business that involves nursing home and patient care. That will be a native app instead of a web app. We’re just past the wireframing stage and we’re getting ready to start actual development for the back-end.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

I worked for IBM for 10 years in software, so I had a fairly broad knowledge of the development community. I learned about IFM through large-scale projects I’d done with IBM and others. A colleague that worked in that circle recommended them to me.

When they deliver the other 2 projects, the total cost of their services would be more than $400,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our first engagement either November 2015 or January of this year. Our projects are ongoing.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Our project is a fairly large piece of work. IFM kept to the schedules. So far, the feedback has been very positive. We’ve had people come to the website, see the game, and sign up. I’ve never seen that before, and I’ve worked in sales and IT for most my life.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is first class. The chief executive has been involved personally throughout the project. I was talking to the COO just before our call. From the top of the team down, they are involved. Our project manager is very meticulous and they've got an online system which manages things very well.

What did you find most impressive about inFullMobile?

We’ve been very impressed with their [inFullMobile] team’s knowledge and ability. They excel in both the front-end and the development from a database perspective. They’ve all been very skillful employees. For example, we had paid an organization to design a logo for us. When IFM’s front-end developer was mocking up the front-end for the website, he came up with a far better logo. We ended up using that instead. They’re not just very professional, they’re actually a really friendly bunch. Whenever we go to Warsaw they treat my business partner and I very well.

They could be cheaper but I'd always say that. I can’t think of anything.
