The primary scope was developing the Random Call Feature functionality, which provides spontaneous matching between German learners and volunteers/teachers. 

The design included logic for active and inactive status, searching for partners, partner information display, confirmation/skip steps, call history, and mechanisms for users to leave feedback and register complaints about technical issues or negative experiences. 

The Intelvision team delivered final wireframes and an adaptive version for mobile. They also created approved tokens for the dark theme.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The primary outcome was the successful delivery of the final wireframes and flow for the Random Call Feature, which met our goals for implementing this new function. The collaborative nature allowed us to refine the feature through approximately eight iterations until we settled on the final user flow. We were satisfied with the outcome.

We've been able to deliver some key features for our product vision that were waiting for a long time in our product backlog. They have been able to deliver the level of quality we wanted and furthermore implement the designed solutions as expected in the functional specifications.

The most beneficial evidence for us was the on-time finished deliverables and that our agreement wasn’t violated. The things that we agreed on in our contract сlauses had been adhered to as well.

The managerial level of their executives is high, that's for sure. The years of experience matter and the professional tone was felt in our technical communications. The project manager that they provided us with was also on duty, informing us about what is happening during daily sessions and in the special company’s chat.

We never lost connection about things that were unclear. The main timeline that we selected first was completed as agreed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was quite hard to find a partner that could be maximum flexible according to the project goals and that could actually be curious about how to make things better. Intelvision’s management and the team showed good flexibility and professional dedication. As during every working process there arose various changes that should be corrected, the team was calm about them and agreed to execute needful amendments.

Our main goal was to create a custom web application, where a virtual greeting card receiving procedure could be done easier. As there exist products to which, if desired, the user can add a greeting card and send it as a gift. We also wanted to create a simple and unique user experience: before opening the gift, the user scans a QR code, a greeting page opens, and only after that the user is able to open the package. We wanted to receive a perfect custom web application that enables the happy emotions of our customers.
