Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the President of Verified Water. We manufacture and sell a new kind of sensor that measures nitrogen in wastewater. We are a early stage startup.

For what projects/services did your company hire Intelifaz, and what were your goals?

We produce real time data and we need a way for our users to access it 24/7 via a standard web browser.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This was the first project I did with these guys but as we scoped out the project I could just tell they know there stuff. Getting a formal proposal from them tied to a detailed scope of work was very helpful.

On the back end, they interface to our MySQL database which resides on an AWS server. On the front end, they provided a user interface to make our data accessible to users graphically, in tables, and downloaded in Excel. We also needed the capability to manage users access, manage individual and groups of sensors, see the status of sensors, manage the maintenance process, and other things.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

5 people worked on our project. Head of sales, head of software development, and three developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

First of all, they brought a tool box of subsystems that I had no idea even existed. This enabled a development platform that was full operational, deeply functional and they were expert at using the various components. This enabled them to pulling functionality very easily that made our user interface extremely functional in very little time and at very little cost.

All of these tool sets are highly developed, bug free, and perfect for our application. We did not really find any bugs in the early reviewed versions. There was never any pushback about I said that you said that I said kind of stuff, just can do attitude, quick turn around, and talented, easy to work with people.

We scoped out the project in writing and agreed to that. They priced the project, very reasonably. They produced a mock up of the user interface and we fine tuned the scope at no additional cost. They built the alpha version. We confirmed. They built the beta version. We asked them all kinds of questions. They were very gracious.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their working knowledge of development platform and tools on the platform. Their ability to come up with creative solutions with very little guidance from us that took the product further than we imagined was possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This was our first time implementing a user interface and all of the platform components were new to some of our team. We have one guy who understands what they did and the rest of us struggled to keep up. I think they could have laid out the basic architecture and development platforms a little more explicitly - just told us what they were doing so we could keep up. This is only to say they might be a bit too smart for some of our team, especially me.

I am the President and CEO of Behavioral Consulting Services (BCS). Our company have been completing Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) for the State of Wisconsin for 28 years. This is a federally mandated project that every state needs to complete.

For what projects/services did your company hire Intelifaz, and what were your goals?

Though a recommendation, we hired Alan at Intelifaz to create and design web-based software to automate the PASRR project. With collaboration with our clinicians and Alan's team of developers we now have software that is easy to use and has many features.

How did you select Intelifaz and what were the deciding factors?

Through a recommendation we selected Alan's team at Intelifaz. Right from the start, we were glad we did. The team listened to all of our needs and created the software on budget and on time.

The meetings with Alan's team were very productive. Our web-based software was quickly produced and delivered on time.

There were 4 to 5 full stack developers working on the project.

The developers understood our needs and requests and used their knowledge to create a very workable product. The follow-up to fine tune the software was great too.

Alan and his whole team are very professional. They all communicated well and are very responsive.

We have a very specialized business and they were able to envision how our software would be placed in the market.

Not with our project. Everything was great!

We were receommended by another vendor. They had the infrastructure we needed and the price was right.

Customer software product developed using MEAN stack.

I believe we use two full time developers plus other programmers when needed. At peak output we had 4 developers on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our product is out in the marketplace and has been well received. We are a leading provider in our vertical market.

Project management has been excellent. We use JIRA, slack and other products to communicate. Time is logged on our system.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Easy to work with and experts in MEAN stack and DB

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are happy with the results, and they are still doing our development. They helped us out during some lean times and I don't think anything could have been done any better.
