INSO.codes was the sole engineering team employed at Goodfair. They were tasked with a multitude of projects over the time I managed them: 

• Shopping cart redesign 
• Free shipping progress tracker
• Shopify app to bundle multiple SKUs 
• Shopify Theme redesign across product, category, brand, and home pages

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

INSO.codes delivered on-time and beyond our initial expectations. Their team is smart, agile, fantastic communicators, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. They achieved all of the deadlines set for them, and were always able to find a solution to complex problems as they arose.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Always on time, and great communicators. At first I was worried communication would be sparse considering I was located in the US and they across the world, but that was not the case. Not only did they have flexible hours but they were overly communicative to make up for our lack of overlap. I never felt in the dark regarding progress. We utilized project tracker software to progress tickets. INSO.codes were able to adopt the tool and our process with ease.
