I own Big West Marketing, a niche digital marking agency in Missoula Montana. We service a specific type of client.

We worked with Insite Advice to help improve the SEO services we provide to our clients.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal for the project was to increase my understanding and learn more cutting edge SEO techniques.

How did you select Insite Advice?

Insite Advice was a referral from a mutual acquaintance.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

I continue to meet with Alex on an ongoing basis. We discuss specific SEO technique, tools and tactics that are currently working in an ever changing industry.

What was the team composition?

I work closely with Alex, the CEO. I don't currently work personally with the team. From my understanding the team has very good communication, systems and collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am amazed by the success we have had while consulting with Alex. Alex loves to test and experiment with new cutting edge marketing and SEO tactics. He has a love of learning, teaching and always taking it to the next level.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I cannot speak to this as the consulting service is between Alex and I, not our respective teams.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Insite Advice is very focused on innovation and always improving their services. I find many digital marketing agencies get stuck and are not testing new tools and tactics. Alex pushes his team to always think in new progressive ways.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I can detect at this time.
