In the beginning, we were a bit lost of what would be the steps that needed to be done to complete the task. But INS Global gave us a kind of map or series of steps that we needed to do before working with them. And they later also respected this map. So the workflow was entirely predictable and organized.

We like their fantastic reach over the Asian continent. They could connect us (in Latin America) to a foreign country (China) that barely speaks English. They helped us find the right candidate with control over the English language and proven experience on the field.

The only area of improvement that I see is in their documentation. Although INS Global personnel will solve your doubts, there will be times when you need immediate answers (that don't require waiting for time zone delays). Rich documentation on their website would work wonders.
