We are in the process of expanding to the U.S. Although we already had someone in the US, INS Global helped us find the right candidate for a specific job so that our in-house personnel could focus on the current project.

Someone recommended us INS Global. We tried and were very satisfied with the outcome. The deciding factor was their professional recruitment services for international talent.

We needed a global RPO firm such as INS to help us find and recurit a full-time employee with +10 years of experience in construction project management, especially in two states within the United States. INS provided us with a complete and professional package and included an online platform to ease communications.

They assigned us an account manager right from the start. He assigned other team members for different tasks.

INS Global helped us expand to the US more quickly than we expected. We kept our focus on the construction projects while we left international recruitment processes to INS.

We loved their response time. Communication between their team and ours was not an issue to the workflow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found their willingness to support impressive. I have worked with other RPOs before, but I have not met any organization with a good level of support until I worked with INS.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Although we were happy with our hire, it was slightly above budget.

Someone recommended us try INS Global. We decided to try INS Global for its employee onboarding and payroll management.

We used INS Global to find expertise in a challenging country. We didn’t know much about hiring someone there or about the recruitment process and regulatory compliance laws. Starting in the unknown territory was a big challenge, so INS Global helped us throughout the entire process.

We worked with one INS Global representative. He was our account manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We managed to find an expert in a remote area without having to physically set up an offshore office or even travel there. This remote expert was immediately hired and opened up a broad range of opportunities.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They provided instant support right from the beginning. Although we would have loved a more open communication channel or faster response, they do have a handy online dashboard that provides most of the basic answers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were pretty fast to find suitable candidates for the proposed job and schedule interviews with us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have loved improved reporting as it was sometimes challenging to get on-time responses due to time zone differences. Also, the estimation for employee costs was a bit higher at the end, so we ended up spending a bit more than predicted.

Services wise perhaps its pretty much same offerings. We learned a lot from them throughout the process.

We were creating a vast network with universities all over the world in order to sell our courses, and we were looking into acquisitions, which needed an aggressive hiring approach worldwide and we needed a reliable partner in the areas of recruitments, international PEO, etc.

We were able to hire several team members abroad in APAC and Europe. Most of them worked out well for longer term. INS did help us find and hire some excellent team members talent-wise

Loved the communication, very responsive team even in their late hours in the evening. Daily updates were provided.

A very knowledgeable team, from top to down. We felt in good hands right from the start.

Some of the things we wanted them to support with may have fallen outside of the scope but the key parts of the program were well handled throughout.

We had very frequent and thorough communication. Wei and team were flexible when it came to accommodating virtual meetings in late evenings with our team in America
