I’m the director of Applisaas Ltd, a SaaS company. I cover a lot of roles, but I generally work on the design side.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inova LLC?

We needed someone to help us through the process of developing an iOS app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inova LLC was our primary iOS mobile app development partner responsible for all the project's technical aspects.

Moreover, they provided development insights into their strategy and consulted us on implementing the best practices for the app.

What is the team composition?

I mainly communicated with Mohamed (Co-Founder & CTO) and two other team members.

How did you come to work with Inova LLC?

I initially found them on Odesk (now Upwork) and approached them for this project.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2010–November 2011.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The launch of the product was highly successful, as it was listed as a noteworthy app on the iOS App Store for six weeks. While we didn’t really achieve the success we envisioned, there were still positive signs from the partnership.

How did Inova LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Some difficult circumstances surrounded the development, including an internet blackout during the project’s pre-launch period. Nonetheless, they were able to manage the scenario professionally and made up for whatever they could.

We typically managed the project through JIRA.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their commitment to bringing the project to the finish line. They never made excuses whenever they experienced any technical issues and went the extra mile rather than take the opportunity to try and get more money from us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve grown as a company since our partnership, so I don’t think any areas of improvement will be worth mentioning now — Inova LLC did a great job in this project against all odds.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d advise you to communicate clearly and consistently so they can keep putting good ideas forward.

We interviewed many people until we found Inova and found they were excellent communicators and great developers.

Mohamed was our main point of contact but over our time together we worked with at least 3-4 developers on his team.

I get it through Google. They are an expert company in mobile and web development.

I asked Inova to make a new website as I want to make new branding to my business. Inova have expert UI & UX designers and they made excellent work

I worded with project manager that managed the project. I contact only the project manager but I think the team that worked in the website are Web Designer, Web Developer and Senior Marketing Specialist.

Inova EG delivered quality outputs and followed the deadlines. I really enjoyed working with them.

They are working through emails & WhatsApp for quick communication. They finished the design first and made 3 iteration to complete it within 3 weeks. They did the wireframe first, then worked in the UI design. Then after I confirmed the design, they finished the website development within 2 months.
