I’m the owner of a cell phone retail store chain. We’re based in northwest Mexico.

What challenge were you trying to address with Innatos Systems Group?

We needed someone to develop a system that controls inventory and auditing. As we have any products in our catalog, we needed to have easy access to that information.

The team at Innatos Systems Group developed a mobile app that can be accessed from all devices.

What is the team composition?

Over the years, teams have changed. Some were involved in the development, and others in training. I’ve been directly in touch with four of them.

How did you come to work with Innatos Systems Group?

Companies dedicated to this type of work are lacking in my area. Innatos Systems Group was recommended to us by another firm that uses a similar system.

How much have you invested in them?

I’m not privy to that information.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Innatos Systems Group four or five years ago.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their work has helped us a lot. We’ve made internal processes more efficient. Our team has better control of our inventory, which has helped us grow.

How did Innatos Systems Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Innatos Systems Group met all expectations. They’re very professional.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The system was a great help, changing everything for our business.

I am the general manager at CityCell, a cell phone accessory company.

We wanted them to develop a solution for inventory control, accounting, banking, administration, and more. We’d been wanting to do this before and hadn’t found the right partner.

They developed our e-commerce site.

Currently, there are three people working with us.

I had references from them and had worked with one of the managers before, so I chose them again.

We’ve spent over $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

They started working for us in 2011 and our collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The web system they’ve developed continues to grow and change. Thanks to our development and the constant communication we have with them, we have been able to quickly adjust to the needs of our market.

How did Innatos perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been great. They have always been available and have complied with all of our requests in a timely manner. Even if we are located in different cities, we have always communicated well and met all commitments.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The e-commerce solution they developed for us helped us a lot and helped us increase our sales.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would say prices, but in general, everything has been great.
