There is always place for improvment for nobaody is perfect. As project developed and converted into ongoing development, I asked the team not to blindly follow the requirements and learn the business and reason we are doing all the work. It took a bit but with time, set expectations, and proper communication we are getting better and better, including myself.

Develop and execute solutions through code deployments to multiple CRM environments. Review code on daily standup calls, and overall team cohesion on monthly retrospective calls. Utilize Azure DevOps to document work items, manage deployments, and assign priority/effort/etc. Provide suggestions and creative ideas for solving difficult problems faced by our end users.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Consistently hitting benchmarks and deadlines set by executive leadership on new features or quality of life improvements to our CRM system.
• Successfully completing the CRM end of a three enterprise system integration and allowing a smooth transition for all of our licensed end users.
• Continuously improving data quality visualized in reports as redundant fields were migrated/deprecated/merged. 
• On-time deployments of major updates, like supporting mobile application access to our CRM.

They always deliver on time or ahead of schedule. If they forsee any issues in completing a work item on time, they will communicate that early in order to explain the complexity or challenges with the item as to adjust expectations accordingly. Work that we stress as high priority always gets done with accuracy and focus. If we overlook something important in the scoping of a new work item, they are quick to review and inform us of the gaps we need to fill.

Despite a significant time difference between our locations, communication and collaboration has always been a breeze. Our team is always impressed by the timeliness and work quality they've provided through the last 5 years on our engagement.

I'm the owner of Wooden Automotive Consultants LLC. We provide management and technology consulting services specializing in fixed operations for automotive, RV, and motorsports dealerships.

Our clients were on multiple different business management systems. We needed to have a reporting and analytics platform that normalized the data across all clients to provide accurate information.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inkey IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been responsible for ETL, Power BI design and report building, data architecture, web portal development, role-based security, and MFA. The team is currently working on integrating the application with multiple vendors.

We started working together in March 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project has been wildly successful and has exceeded my expectations. We have exceeded our first year's sales objectives and are on pace to beat this year's goal, which is a 50% increase in sales compared to our initial goals.
