The team is now working on refining the UI/UX alongside completion of the first phase of the app development.

We try to make the first 48 hours as surgical as possible. We don't spend weeks in "discovery" hell. Instead, we jump straight into the technical architecture and your business goals to get our "Dev Pod" deployed immediately. We focus on getting the legal and communication channels (Slack, Jira, etc.) set up on day one so we can start hitting milestones by day three.

Communication is where most projects fail, so we over-invest in it. Even though we have a global engineering hub, we’re a US LLC and keep our core hours aligned with yours. You’ll never feel like your project is falling into a "black hole" over the weekend. Between our daily Slack updates and weekly deep-dive syncs, you’ll usually know what’s happening with the code before we even get on a call.

Startups are unpredictable, we’ve been there ourselves. We don't get defensive about "scope creep" if a pivot is the right move for your business. Because our pods are modular and our sprints are short, we can adjust the roadmap on the fly. We’d rather spend a week re-engineering a better solution than a month building something that no longer fits your market.

Every pod includes a dedicated QA and a Tech Lead who peer-reviews every line of code before it hits production.
