Ingenious Advertise manages our social media platforms and provides creative input for our Facebook and Instagram. They would come to us with ideas and we would approve them for posting. The team also incorporates the use of Google Maps to help us generate leads.

We started the project in May 2019 and it’s still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Ingenious Advertise has been very creative. They would present visual outputs very nicely and base it accordingly on the details we’ve provided. Their efforts have helped generate at least 300–700 leads using our social media platforms.

How did Ingenious Advertise perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re awesome at meeting deadlines. Every month, they provide us with remarks and updates about how the project is going. We generally communicate via phone call and are even available on weekends. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their designers interviewed the locals who were involved in one of the Indian festivals which they had to do a design for. Ingenious Advertise would also constantly provide us with new and fresh ideas.

They’ve already improved on many things, that’s why we continue to work with them.

We are 100% satisfied with the banners and thumbnail designs in landing page and in other pages. Clients love the updated designs in website and they now have better understanding of our product line.

They generate a good amount of leads for admissions purposes. They have handled our social media platforms very well. The presence of school online is branded impressively.

They understand the requirements pretty well and get tasks done as soon as possible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everything they have done for Elate so far has been of the best quality. They have been supportive during any emergency. When its urgent, they have managed to create designs for us on the same day.

A team of qualified and reliable people. The best part for me is that Ingenious is a one-stop solution for any marketing related activity. They completely take care of how Elate is presented to the outside world.

I'm happy that we, the management of Elate, can spend all our time on the core tasks of school management rather than worrying about marketing.

We were looking for a digital marketing company to help marketing for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team helps with our Facebook and Instagram marketing and our Google Ads. For Facebook and Instagram, their team creates all of the artwork and runs the campaigns. They also take care of coding and maintaining our website, making sure it’s optimized.

The website displays our menu, contact information, and the history of our restaurant, which includes what our brand and logo stand for.

Now, we’re approaching them for branding work. If we plan to open more franchises, we need to brand ourselves more.

For each campaign, we have a primary audience and target. Because of COVID-19, there was limited dine-in service, and we didn’t have a patio. Our goal then was to have around 50 people walking in, which they hit.

Ingenious Advertise always overachieved their targets. We communicate through phone, Google Meet, WhatsApp, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very proactive with their responses. Since they’re in India, it’s usually midnight for them, and whenever I have a request, they hop on it immediately. They have someone working during their nighttime, which is our daytime.
