They started with few calls to understand our store and what we needed. Came back with designs that honestly looked better than expected. we made a couple of tweaks and got them approved quickly.

They built the app for both iPhone and Android, synced with our shopify store and set up push notifications. Tested everything, handled the App Store and Google Play submission themselves and gave us a walkthrough on managing it on our own.

Honestly the biggest thing for us was repeat orders. Once we started sending push notifications to our customers we noticed people coming back more often than they used to. Customer engagement also improved a lot compared to when we were just running the website.
