Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Multiple phases: 

1. Phase I: Create a production environment capable of supporting our application with live customers on it. Integrate with Azure B2C. 
2. Phase II: Improve the local developer experience by Docker-izing the application and removing complexity from the prior DevOps consultant. 
3. Phase III: Rewrite the pipelines in IaC 
4. Phase IV: Implement Kubernetes & monitoring

Developers and testers are happy and able to deliver code faster.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Extreme competence. I went from worrying about DevOps multiple times a day to knowing that if they said it was going to happen, it would happen. 
The Infraheads team was not only technically competent but also had excellent communication and soft skills. They understood that our application had unique needs and tailored their solutions accordingly. AWS, Azure, B2C, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helmcharts, Prometheus, Grafana - they know it all and excel at it.
I love that they know security hardening best practices as well. Working with Infraheads was not only a positive experience on the technical front but also in terms of their professionalism and commitment to excellence. They go above and beyond to make sure we hit our deadlines.

Our ecommerce platform had some performance issues and our Systems Engineering partner were suggesting more resources to solve those. It took infraheads a few hours to analyze our configuration, identify the issue, demonstrate the evidence and deploy the solution.

Website response time and error rates are significantly better now. Basically they've solved our problem. And we have another one for them to solve.

We needed someone to know where to look for the root casue of the issue and analyze that information, and they did that within hours.
