Strategic lead- Office of the CTO at Noodle Seed : We help software and SaaS teams build, host, and operate MCP servers, plugins, and connectors. Developers define tools, data, workflows, and interfaces in TypeScript, test them locally, and deploy a single endpoint for ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and other MCP clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with Infinite Pulse Media?

We needed to increase awareness of Noodle Seed and generate measurable customer acquisition among SMB owners. We wanted Infinite Pulse Media to create and test authentic creator-led content for Instagram and TikTok. A key objective was to implement reliable conversion tracking so we could identify which content, videos, and campaigns were driving website visits, sign-ups, and conversions.

Infinite Pulse Media handled the creator-led social media campaign for Noodle Seed, from creator selection and content development through paid amplification and performance tracking.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

This project was mainly a testing experiment — one that proved to be an excellent learning opportunity, helping us understand which creator profiles, messaging, and content formats resonated best with the SaaS industry while identifying the improvements needed before investing further in paid amplification.Since the campaign was primarily a testing experiment, we tracked both organic engagement and paid media performance to understand which creators, content formats, and platforms performed best. For each creator and post, we measured organic views, likes, saves, shares, and comments.Infinite Pulse Media also managed our paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok, where we tracked website traffic and engagement metrics, including CTR, landing-page views, CPC, cost per engaged session, and blended CPC across both platforms. These metrics helped us evaluate content quality, audience interest, traffic efficiency, and which creative concepts were worth developing further.The clearest trend was on paid cost-efficiency, tracked across consecutive data pulls. Meta engaged sessions went from an expensive objective early on to a 5x improvement in cost per result, landing around $2.98 by the later pull — a real trend in the right direction as the algorithm optimized.Meta website traffic held steady as the standout performer throughout, at approximately $0.25/click, 2.94% CTR, so approximately 79% of clicks converting to landing page views at $0.31 each. Blended CPC across both platforms sat around $0.21, and spend pacing stayed under budget throughout.

Infinite Pulse Media’s project management was excellent. They were organized, responsive, and consistently delivered on time. They were also highly flexible with changes and edits, always making sure the final deliverables matched exactly what we needed.Beyond simply executing the agreed scope, Daniyal personally offered helpful suggestions and improved the work throughout the project. Overall, they were reliable, collaborative, and genuinely invested.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was their exceptional communication, flexibility, and genuine commitment to getting the work right. They were highly responsive, even outside regular working hours, and consistently made themselves available whenever we needed support or a quick adjustment.Their ability to maintain strong, consistent relationships with the selected creators also made the entire collaboration feel smooth, dependable, and highly personalized.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only improvement that would also act as constructive feedback for Infinite Pulse Media would be to establish a more detailed walkthrough of the tracking requirements at the outset for the less UGC-experienced teams to prepare sooner.
