We worked together in the past on a project that was very extensive. At the moment, we’re working on an iOS and Android radio station app for a university in Colombia. It’s a basic radio station for two different cities, each with its own agenda. It features different sections such as podcasts, live radio, and favorites.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They always meet their deadlines and our clients are happy. Sometimes, we have clients that change their mind constantly, though Infinijith is always open and responsive to their requests.

How did Infinijith Apps & Technologies Pvt Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is responsive and everything is structured and organized. We use Skype for communicating and haven’t experienced any language barriers. Despite the time difference, they’re always available during our mornings and tend reply within minutes.

There were a few times where ideas weren’t clear enough for us, but they’re good at reshaping things for us to better understand them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re professional, punctual, and very open to changes. It’s been great working with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. We don’t have any complaints.

I’d tell potential customers that they’re a great team and are always responsive to changes.

I work with customers that have mobile or web-based development needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’re building the early stages of a scalable web app with a cloud-based solution for the conference industry. The first phase will be a web-based app, and a future phase will include a mobile app.

I consult for a healthcare technology incubator that needs more rapid prototyping to develop the app. People want to get a feel for the app and see whether it fits into their workflow. We needed Infinijith to build a solution so we could get early feedback before putting too much development into it.

The mobile app they developed had a cloud-based backend for a client in the healthcare space. We didn’t take it to market because it was a prototype for preliminary feedback.

What is the team composition?

Karunamoorthy (CEO, Infinijith) and I go back a long way. We used to be in the same company, so I often reach out to him first. Once he has a better understanding of my needs, he brings in the project manager or business analyst. I work with them and they bring in the appropriate resources for the team.

My relationship with Karunamoorthy led me to choose them. I trusted him and knew his leadership style. He has a great team, so we’ve had no issues or concerns. He knows how to manage the offshore model and understands how communication gaps and challenges can affect a project. They’re customer-focused and competitively priced.

We started working together in late 2016 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The feedback on the healthcare site prototypes was positive, but expanded customer use in a healthcare setting wouldn’t be a good fit. That wasn’t a reflection of what they delivered.

How did Infinijith Apps & Technologies Pvt Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very good. They keep us apprised of what they know, what they don’t know, where they need clarity, and what technical and management risks they see. They minimize surprises to the best of their ability. They know the client’s needs, work toward them, and bring alternative solutions to the table if something doesn’t work. The scope is small enough that email is adequate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are a trusted overseas partner. They have a high-caliber leader who ensures that teams understand the client’s context. Their pricing is very competitive, and they don’t make geographic distance a factor in terms of the deliverable that they need to provide. If we have other initiatives, I will reach out to them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you need in order to get the desired outcome. You don’t need to spell it out completely, but it will be easier for them to give you what you need if you have figured out 80% of the work. They’ll be able to work with you on the other parts. Karunamoorthy and his team focus on relationship-building rather than a single point of action.

We needed web development for our platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They have been working on a particular module for our business app in the field of supply chain management. The module that they have been working on is in relation to communication with other users, such as notifications and sending and receiving messages. It is a very sophisticated module because it deals with multiple devices. Numerous device scenarios and use cases have to be considered which makes it somewhat challenging.

What is the team composition?

At this point, we have one member of their team working on this project with us who acts as a project manager as well.

How did you come to work with Infinijith Technologies?

I found them through an online search in a forum where they discussed their work. They marketed themselves as having expertise in user interface development using technologies like Angular. I connected with the founder and asked him questions of a specific technical nature. He indicated that they would normally address these challenges and questions from an implementation perspective, which made me comfortable that they could get the job done.

We’ve spent around $10,000 so far.

We began working with them in March of 2017 and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Infinijith team members integrate and engage with our existing team members as if it is one cohesive team. This is critical and I have been very pleased with the level of integration and collaboration. If there are technical challenges on their side when it comes to tasks, there was no hesitation by the CEO to get involved and help out. I have been very pleased and our plans are to strengthen our team with more Infinijith resources. 

How did Infinijith Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They work in an Agile fashion and use a toolset that is recognized in the industry. It is transparent so I can review the information, and they track the tasks they are doing and need to be doing. It provides me with a good overview of their work and what the next tasks are.

We communicate via an online conferencing tool. Initially, it was once or twice per week and now is on a daily basis for Scrum calls. It has been very satisfactory.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are customer-focused which is impressive. Even though I only have one person right now, I still feel like they care for me as a small customer and I have access to the right individuals including supervisors and managers in the company. If anything comes up, it is addressed in a very responsive manner. It is a very good relationship and the work gets done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing for my type of engagement.

Be as specific as you can about the expectations of the engagement so that they can serve you the best that they can.
