We’ve spent around $20,000; we pay Infidati inc a flat rate for the number of servers they help us with, and then any additional support is billed hourly.

We started working together in December 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

We have been able to help supplement our services with Infidati inc and build stronger relationships with our clients because of their support. They help fill a void in our service offerings. Working with Infidati inc has allowed us to focus on our specialties and strengths while still providing large-scale value to our clients. 

How did Infidati inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re highly responsive and are always on top of things. They have always been very transparent with us regarding billing, and there have never been any surprises. We’ve never had any issues with timelines, and they often complete work before the deadline.

We’ve been extremely impressed with Kevin; he is highly available and awesome to work with. Overall, he’s been a great partner for our team. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We didn’t have a lot of documentation to start with, but they were able to easily step in and immediately provide support. We’ve been highly impressed with their proactivity and ability to react when anything comes up. We always know that they have our back.

There’s nothing that we can come up with at this point.

They let us know exactly what they needed at the beginning of our engagement, so there’s not much advice I can give to anyone.

The Infidati team responds quickly to service requests, typically within15 minutes even on weekends and holidays. This excellent response time allows us to service our customers with the same level of reliability. Their adaptability and client-focused approach ensured a positive and trust-based working relationship.

We find that the consistent reliability of the 24/7 support is the most impressive service that Infidati offers us. This service is critical for us because we must support our customers 24/7 and having the Infidati team available allows us to do so.

Our IT team could benefit from training sessions for security best practices or perhaps newsletters with the latest sys admin news and updates.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Infidati, Inc. is great; they manage all of the servers, and I don’t have any issues for the most part because they do everything they have to. Moreover, if a problem arises, the team is always available to fix it immediately.

How did Infidati, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Infidati, Inc.’s team is very responsive day and night. In terms of communication, we use email, phone calls, and Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Infidati, Inc.’s work has made our internal IT processes management a thousand times better because dealing with them ourselves was a nightmare.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. Working with them has been a breath of fresh air. The best sign of a good company is when you don’t have to interact with them at all as soon as our websites are up, and I haven’t had any issues so far. The team does what they need to do to avoid problems, and our platforms work like clockwork.
