Easy to deal with, flexible with my requests and very prompt on delivering all elements of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The simplicity of working with them, they had thought of everything and were able to confidently advise me on a number of areas. I have previously struggled with web designer taking too long and missing the brief. Indigo did an excellent job of understanding my priorities and creating a website that I will be proud to share with prospective clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something indigo could have done differently?

From their initial outreach to the end of the handover they have been brilliant. It might be worth considering a pricelist for future change requests etc, however that wouldn't stop me from reaching out to them again should I need help.

Indigo were tasked with creating a website for me, making it high-converting, sleek, fit-for-purpose and including all of the information from my old website on it. They achieved this and more, giving me a nice, modern site with on-page search engine optimisation which converts much more traffic than my last site and gets me more organic traffic than ever before.

• My website gets much more organic traffic as a result.
• I used to convert almost no traffic from my last website and now it is an active source of customers for my business.
• My business now has a professional and modern look opposed to the dated and amateur site I used to use.

They delivered my site in almost no time at all. They were very responsive to my needs: anything I considered changing they gave me visual examples to help me make the website truly unique and mine.

I couldn't ask any more from them, they did exactly as advertised and more for what other agencies would charge 5-10 times as much.
