What challenge were you trying to address with Indesign Elements?

I needed help with logo design and branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped set the foundation for our brand, including logo design. Their team also designed the packaging for the products, brochures, calendars, and my website.

What is the team composition?

I am in contact with the designer, who is also the creative head. They likely have about 15-20 people working in the background. 

How did you come to work with Indesign Elements?

One of my friends had done work with them and recommended them. I needed a partner that could handle all aspects of design, so we interviewed many potential vendors.

I got in contact with one of the founders, and it seemed like they could meet our needs.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $5,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2019, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m happy with them because the project has gone well. If I want certain things, they can accommodate them.

How did Indesign Elements perform from a project management standpoint?

I met with the designer for coffee frequently. When I call them, they answer the phone, making themselves available to me. Because we're in touch daily, I’m less stressed than I was initially about outsourcing work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were kind and helpful. I appreciate their teamwork and reliability.

Are there any areas they could improve?

To get more clients, they should focus on their own branding. They’re really a great team.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get in touch with them. They take you through a thorough discovery phase that will help you determine your needs. There were tons of things I didn't consider before completing that phase.

I’m the founder and owner of Kaycee, a startup e-commerce company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Indesign Elements?

We needed a company that could handle our various branding needs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Indesign Elements to design our logo and packaging, write an introduction for our company, and produce written content for our website.

We started the engagement by discussing my brand vision and goals for this project. They then created 7-8 initial designs for the logo, but they didn’t really match what I was going for. I wanted a logo that reflected all of the elements of my brand, so we went through a few more iterations before they finally came up with something that matched what I was looking for.

Most of their tasks have already been completed, but we’re still working together to make a few minor changes to some of the elements they’ve created. I'm also considering working with them again in the future for web development and social media marketing.

What is the team composition?

My main points of contact are Indesign Elements’ legal and creative directors. The creative director handles my case and coordinates with me regarding the process, and the legal director handles all of the necessary paperwork.

How did you come to work with Indesign Elements?

I met Sagar (Co-Founder & Marketing Director) through a mutual friend.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $5,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership began in November 2021, and we are still working together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Indesign Elements has so far delivered what I wanted and met my expectations. I can’t say that I’m 100% satisfied, but I can definitely see that they’re really working hard to execute my vision the best way possible.

How did Indesign Elements perform from a project management standpoint?

Indesign Elements has performed well in terms of project management. They discussed and clarified everything in terms of the time and budget requirements before we started working on the project.

We primarily communicate through video calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Indesign Elements has been receptive to feedback and highly attentive to my needs and wants. I really appreciate how professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented they are. 

I have been a very fussy client, but they’ve been very patient and accommodating so far, which I really appreciate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think we would have saved a lot of time if Indesign Elements involved me more in the entire process, especially with the logo design.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Try to be involved in the project as much as you can to avoid miscommunication and delays.
