I the business leader of a fine jewelry manufacturer having customers in the US and western Europe.

We were faced with capacity bottlenek which not only constrained our order fulfillment process but also pulled our sales people into solving transactional issues. It had been making us not ready for any growth.

We knew Indeses from our connections. We work with them as they are extremely ethical & competent and care for customers and relationships deeply.

The project involves digitization of the whole process from order origination to final delivery. The project involved mapping all steps, value analysis of activities, reduction of manual touchpoints and finally solution development. Technology used- PHP, FIGMA (design), mySQL

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There have been 7 people we worked with - all very good. The development and design team- 5 people. We have also had businss analysis and relationship support, both have been excellent in all respects.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The driver metrics are as follows:

• Time to turn around orders. (Days, less is good)
• No. of delayed items. (Days, less is good)
• Sales Staff Time spent on non revene generating activities (%, less is good)

The end result metric is the revenue growth. Project is being deployed and I am sure we will see improved numbers.

Project management style- empathetic but systematic/ Communication tools- Daily calls, dashboards for status update and quick approval. Help has always been provided to solve for potentail delayed, even when it seems to originate from our (i.e client's side).

Empathy and care. They take the time to understand the business problems you want to solve.

Given the empathy Indeses team displays, they are certain to improve beyond what they have achieved.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Indeses through referral by another company. They gave a very good feedback of Indeses, and so we also tried. Our project required someone with good understanding of building complex marketplaces and a solid backend to rely on.

Indeses built a travel marketplace with the backend based on PHP Laravel & MySQL. They built a lot of API to support various functionalities such as a a dynamic search bar & filter module, a custom chat box, etc. They helped us in identifying key user demographics and building a comprehensive user experience plan. Based on that, user journey was drawn by their team basis inputs from our team.

Finally User Interfaces were designed on Figma. The whole project is being run on a phase wise approach. Starting from the first phase being MVP. They also built a SMTP gateway protocol.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A team of 8 members are working on our project. 2 Business Analysts managed the complete communication with our team and translated business requirement and gave them to the tech team. 2 Web designers worked on User Interface design and Wireframing. 2 Web developers worked on front end & back end development and API integrations.

The quality assurance team of 2 members ensured that the delivery was done on time, and if there were any gaps between what we required & what was delivered, they would ensure that necessary actions are taken to fill, that gap.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The MVP or the first phase of the marketplace was delivered to us 13 days before the deadline, which was a very big relief and matter of pride for us. The turn around time for API integration was also always very low.

With the help of a robust dashboard that the Indeses team built, our vendor onboarding rate increased by 54%. Our client retention increased by 11% and new client acquisition got a jump by a whopping 60%.

Their project management was done through various tools such as Slack, Jira. There were timely & regular updates every alternate day about the project from their team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Indeses team worked on our project passionately, which is very important for any start-up. They brainstormed with us on core business ideas to understand the user journey, and we really liked it.

Nothing that we could think right now.

Because my project was a new concept, it is difficult know how things could have been different since we were creating as we were going.
