We needed help building and refining our peer-to-peer car rental marketplace.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IndaPoint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. handled the full build and ongoing development of Motostream across three platforms. Their work included developing the web app, backend API, and native iOS and Android apps through to the App Store and Google Play submission. Design came from our side, so we provided the UI/UX direction, and they built against it.IndaPoint Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s biggest contribution was refactoring the peer-to-peer rental flow. What we had was functional but clunky, so they rebuilt it into something genuinely clean so hosts could list a vehicle and renters could book without friction. This refactor was the difference between a demo and a product people would actually use.They also implemented our excess insurance coverage into the booking flow, which was a requirement we couldn't launch without and which added real complexity on their side. They handled it without pushing back on the scope.Beyond the build, they were a real partner in direction. They brought ideas we hadn't considered, including AI-driven features to make the app smarter for both hosts and renters. They were consistently willing to think about the product rather than just execute tickets.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest measure of success was that the product shipped and worked. We went from concept to a live marketplace across three platforms. Both mobile apps were accepted by Apple and Google Play and are published and live, with Android available across 177 countries.App store approval is a real gate, particularly on Apple's side, and clearing both is a concrete outcome, not a subjective one. The platform is functional end to end: hosts can list vehicles, renters can book, and the flow holds up.The backend was delivered running on our own cloud infrastructure, so we owned the environment rather than being locked into a vendor's setup.
The peer-to-peer rental flow refactor was the other measurable improvement. The booking experience went from something we could demo to something we could put in front of real users. That is the difference between having code and having a product.As a small team, the outcome we cared about most was reaching a working, launchable platform. IndaPoint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. got us there.

The challenge was to create and implement a retail storefront website which operates with product data from many different external retail-websites (affiliate store). The main goal was to develop a system to automatically parse and process the recurring huge input of product data, with tight update circles and the handling of different data formats and sub-formats.

IndaPoint Technologies was chosen for this development after inquiring a pre-selection of possible web development companies about this project and its goals. IndaPoint Technologies was the only company to proof their knowledge and understanding of this kind of detailed work by referring to former projects as well as to present a clear way to reach the goals.

After the requirements specification was set-up, the delevopment was subdivided into smaller milestones, which were then reviewed and if needed revised or optimized. The work was a proprietary development using the current technologies.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The main consultation took place with the director of the company. The development communication was then handed over to the dedicated senior developer who acted as the project manager and was the only contact person, so we couldn't get caught up in a communication chaos with all the other software engineers working under the direction of the senior developer.

This project is a new development. It met all expectations in usability as well as in smooth and stable operation.

We used classic email conversation on this project. Milestone developments were performed with a time frame, which was very reliable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The people at IndaPoint Technologies keep an eye on the whole project and beyond - and the goal the customer finally wants to achive with his project. One of their main concerns is, that in the end all parts and modules fit together harmoniously and form an overall integrative product. hey met all deadlines and did all their promises. The communication was always quick and helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The cooperation was overall very satisfiying. I would approach a new project with this company any time the same way.

They created a new website based on what we wanted. We did revisions and changes based on getting the site where we wanted it. We would do a review, suggest changes, and they would make them quickly. We correspond via email to get our updates where we need them to be.

There were two employees from IndaPoint that worked with me to get the website complete.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We do a major site update every summer to get ready for our new school year. I create a document in Google docs, with updated photos and instructions. They quickly make the updates so I can push the new information out to new school families. Our website is a great resource for our current families and potential new families.

We communicate via email. If there is a timeline that is needed, I let them know. They always meet the deadlines that I outline.They were very responsive and helpful when I have questions, concerns, or changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I thought initially that the time difference might be an issue, however it is not. I email them during the day my time, and often the changes are complete by the next morning that I get into work.

All is good!

We needed help creating Figma prototypes.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

IndaPoint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. created all screens for our Figma prototypes. The team refined the screens and made them interactive, including all the usual behavior of a mobile app, such as scrolling, video playback, and menus.

We worked with IndaPoint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. several times. The first time was in February 2024, and we continued to use them throughout the year. We worked with them again in June 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had individual sprints with particular functionalities to be demonstrated in the prototype. We compared the results versus the brief we gave and continued to improve the user experience as we saw the screens. The screen flow and layout improved, and the feedback was very good.
