We were developing a website, so we needed Incrementors to create SEO content for it.

Initially, we reached out to Incrementors and went back and forth on what we needed. I provided them with the pages we wanted to be done and how we wanted the content to be delivered. We also told them the type of content and the overarching message we were looking for, as well as the audience we were targeting.

From there, Incrementors created the content and shared it with us via a Google Sheet so that we could approve or edit the content. We iterated on the content a couple of times until everything was ready. Ultimately, they created content for 4–5 pages.

I only communicated with one team member from Incrementors, so I don’t know how many people were involved in the project.

We spent between $200–$250.

The project started in August 2023 and ended in September 2023. It was a one-month project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Incrementors, we were able to implement SEO content on our website. That content will help users locate our website online. Additionally, we plan to launch an SEO campaign with Incrementors in the future, so now our website is set up for that.

We haven’t launched our website yet because we’re still working on other things. Obviously, the content was a big part of the website. Moving forward, it’ll be very beneficial, helping us bring more clients.

As for the quality of the content, I would give Incrementors’ content perfect ratings. We only provided them with feedback once; everything else was very solid.

How did Incrementors Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Incrementors was able to stay within budget and deliver within the deadline. Additionally, they were very responsive, and their response time was very quick. The team always followed up on the project and stayed on top of it. Overall, the team was very professional and easy to work with, and the entire process was very simple. As for communication, we initially communicated via email, but we later transitioned to WhatsApp.

Incrementors' responsiveness was very good. Overall, they were a very solid team that definitely knew what they were doing.

There was nothing Incrementors could have improved on.

Be very straightforward and honest about what you’re looking for. If the content is not done the way you wanted it the first time, just give them feedback so that they can improve on it the next time. If you have great communication and are very detailed, you’ll get what you’re looking for.

We’ve certainly seen an increase in traffic to the site; we receive about 150–200 visits per day. The app’s downloads have also increased; about 500 more users have downloaded the app.

My business partner is very impressed with Incrementors Web Solutions’ work and the backlinks they've acquired; their work is high-end, professional, thought-out, and thorough. Incrementors Web Solutions’ initial report was also thorough and comprehensive.

Incrementors Web Solutions does a really good job of communicating with us, especially considering they’re in a different time zone. They definitely meet deadlines and stay on budget. We mostly use Slack — which has been very helpful — and email to communicate.
