We pay them monthly based on the tasks they complete. We pay them  ₹20,000 (approximately $200 USD) a month per client, and we currently have four active clients, so we pay ₹80,000 (approximately $1,000 USD) a month.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m very happy with Incrementors Web Solutions’ performance. We measure Incrementors Web Solutions’ work based on their results; we're happy when everything on our dashboard looks green, including the bounce ratio. If our end client is satisfied with the performance, we also consider that success. Our clients are happy to hear from us whenever we present monthly reports. 

Incrementors Web Solutions has been great throughout the project and worked well with us. Initially, we were working with Incrementors Web Solutions on one of our client’s projects, and since they got great results, we moved all our clients to Incrementors Web Solutions.  Moreover, Incrementors Web Solutions has been really helpful to us in terms of customer acquisition and scoping projects. Sometimes, they’ve scoped a project to help us win an account even before we get hired.

About 2–3 times, some items have been lost between meetings. However, this is a human error, and I have no overall complaints.

We were developing a website, so we needed Incrementors to create SEO content for it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we reached out to Incrementors and went back and forth on what we needed. I provided them with the pages we wanted to be done and how we wanted the content to be delivered. We also told them the type of content and the overarching message we were looking for, as well as the audience we were targeting.

From there, Incrementors created the content and shared it with us via a Google Sheet so that we could approve or edit the content. We iterated on the content a couple of times until everything was ready. Ultimately, they created content for 4–5 pages.

What is the team composition?

I only communicated with one team member from Incrementors, so I don’t know how many people were involved in the project.

I found them on Clutch. I read very solid reviews, so I reached out to them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $200–$250.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in August 2023 and ended in September 2023. It was a one-month project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Incrementors, we were able to implement SEO content on our website. That content will help users locate our website online. Additionally, we plan to launch an SEO campaign with Incrementors in the future, so now our website is set up for that.

We haven’t launched our website yet because we’re still working on other things. Obviously, the content was a big part of the website. Moving forward, it’ll be very beneficial, helping us bring more clients.

As for the quality of the content, I would give Incrementors’ content perfect ratings. We only provided them with feedback once; everything else was very solid.

How did Incrementors Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Incrementors was able to stay within budget and deliver within the deadline. Additionally, they were very responsive, and their response time was very quick. The team always followed up on the project and stayed on top of it. Overall, the team was very professional and easy to work with, and the entire process was very simple. As for communication, we initially communicated via email, but we later transitioned to WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Incrementors' responsiveness was very good. Overall, they were a very solid team that definitely knew what they were doing.

There was nothing Incrementors could have improved on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very straightforward and honest about what you’re looking for. If the content is not done the way you wanted it the first time, just give them feedback so that they can improve on it the next time. If you have great communication and are very detailed, you’ll get what you’re looking for.

Then, we had a couple of calls to see what they could do to implement SEO, increase traffic, and enhance the UX.

Incrementors Web Solutions has suggested keywords, which we've reviewed. We've discussed these internally during a couple of meetings. The team has also acquired backlinks, written blog posts for us, and modified the backend of our website.

My business partner is very impressed with Incrementors Web Solutions’ work and the backlinks they've acquired; their work is high-end, professional, thought-out, and thorough. Incrementors Web Solutions’ initial report was also thorough and comprehensive.

Incrementors have done a fantastic job with getting my website's SEO into shape. My old SEO company delivered poor rankings and spammy backlinks. Incrementors stepped in and provided an in-depth analysis of my website's SEO health, in which they identified many problems in multiple areas, with solutions to tackle them. 

They have performed many SEO tasks and have more planned on the way. To name a few, they've disavowed all spammy backlinks, created SEO content for onsite and offsite blog posts, and implemented conversion optimization recommendations.
