What challenge were you trying to address with Increditors?

TuMeke Ergonomics contracted me to produce and host educational videos on ergonomic assessments. These videos were roughly about 10 minutes long and were very detailed instructional videos. The videos had very precise time stamps and dialogue; they required expert treatment in postproduction, and we contacted Increditors.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Increditors edited videos for us. The team found b-roll material to drop into the videos and did meticulous postproduction work to ensure each time stamp met my voiceover. The videos were a combination of me being on camera and voiceover.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Increditors’ work was very good. The videos had thousands of views on YouTube: one had 5,200 views and another 3,800 views. The videos were also used on X, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The video editing involved a lot of meticulous steps, and Increditors executed them perfectly.

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

Increditors was very responsive via email. The projects were meticulously time-stamped, and there were dozens of steps in these 10-minute videos. Each step was time-stamped to a script for them to follow, and they followed it perfectly. Increditors delivered work on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their finished product was impressive. I’ve worked with other companies that do similar work, but the finished product of Increditors was of high quality.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything they can improve on. Increditors was easy to work with.

If you want something that stands out in a very crowded landscape and has a professional look that’s not cheap or sloppy, you should invest in Increditors. You’ll be very satisfied with the final product.

My last video editor was pretty good, but he wouldn’t deliver projects on time. I wanted someone more professional.

I found them while I was looking at other YouTube creators. I saw one excellent video editor and tried to find them. Initially, I reached out to them, but I doubted it because the price was higher. A few months later, I changed my mind and decided to do it.

I used to pay around $250 per video. Now, I pay around $600–$800 per video.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in January 2024. I expect to work with Increditors for a while; I’m happy with their services, so I won’t look for other editors.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had one viral video in four months, which is good because we don’t get many. The fact that we’ve even had one already tells me that Increditors is doing the right things. Although the story matters more than the editing, the editing is doing well, and it’s up to me to utilize it properly.

I saw Increditors’ work beforehand, so I knew what to expect. They’ve met those expectations.

How did Increditors perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything’s on time. They use a software that allows us to make notes on the edit. When we want to add a piece of text or something, we can make notes seamlessly.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Mo does a good job responding quickly to my Skype messages. He’s responsible and timely.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re more expensive than other editors, but the quality is there. Moreover, I like that the videos are all done when I ask when they’ll be ready.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, it’s a straightforward service. As long as the edits are good and are provided on time, there’s nothing else to ask for.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Increditors is a premium service because they charge more than other editors. If you use a premium service, you must be willing to put in the work. It’s up to the person creating and writing the video to create enough value for the editing to be worth it. With the amount of followers and subscribers I have, it’s worth it for me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Increditors created a wedding video for me; the final video was around three hours. I gave them footage from my wedding and gave them a specific brief with specific notes describing how I’d like the video to be produced. Then, they selected which footage to incorporate and produced the video; Increditors also edited the sound. They sent an initial draft before finalizing the video.

I asked Increditors to work on two more video projects as well.

We engaged Increditors between April 2023–May 2023.

How did you come to work with Increditors?

I found them on Google and saw they had experience with wedding videos. Mohammad made me feel confident that he understood what I was asking for and would be able to produce the video.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was really happy with the end result; I was really impressed with the high quality of the production, and Increditors followed the brief perfectly. I was so happy with the results that I asked them to work on two more projects. 

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

Increditors produced the video very quickly, considering how much footage there was and the requirements I had. They also incorporated all my changes and notes. Mohammad was so responsive. We primarily communicated via email and comments on the video.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Mohammad really stood out for his kind service. He really understood our brief, was invested in the project, and wanted to produce the video we wanted. The production quality was also really excellent. The team was very skilled and managed to do complex things with sound. They picked the best parts of the footage to show my wedding in the best light. I’d highly recommend them for video production projects.

Increditors helps me edit my videos. Their main scope revolves around editing long-form, 10–20-minute film videos for YouTube. However, they’ve been recently helping me edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

How did you come to work with Increditors?

Before working with them, I tried and worked with a lot of video editors, and Increditors was the best one I found by far. Their edits were cleaner, and their work had fancy animations I hadn’t seen before. Additionally, it seemed that other service providers would require a lot of direction from me telling them what to do. However, Increditors knew how to do a lot of things without me telling them.

Initially, we went through a trial phase, during which Increditors walked me through the steps of the process and tried to find the style I wanted for my videos. This process was very smooth. The way they gathered feedback and went back and forth with us on the editing process was a lot more streamlined than expected, which would be very beneficial for the project in terms of getting what I wanted and taking my time. Moreover, their team was very flexible to my requests, so I hired them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Increditors has done an amazing job editing my videos; my YouTube channel wouldn’t be where it is today without them. When I started working with them, the first video I uploaded reached around 400,000 views, whereas my past videos normally gained around 5,000–10,000 views.

Since then, my videos have been consistently averaging over 100,000 views each. As a result, my channel is growing exponentially, making my business also grow exponentially. In addition to that, Increditors has done such a great job that they’ve allowed me to focus on other areas of my business. Moreover, their process is very smooth, and the quality of their videos is very good.

How did Increditors perform from a project management standpoint?

Increditors has met their deadlines and stayed on budget. Whenever I haven’t been able to meet deadlines, they’ve been very flexible and understanding. We generally communicate via email, and they use Frame.io for video editing. On there, we can leave comments with time stamps, which facilitates a very easy and streamlined process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Increditors’ main strength is their ability to bring ideas to the table. Even after working with them for over the last 6–7 months, they still surprise me with different ideas and new suggestions. It’s very powerful of them to continue giving suggestions and bringing things to the table to improve our work. Moreover, they’re very flexible.

We hired Increditors to edit a range of social media marketing videos for a health and fitness startup company based out of Southern California.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for editors using Upwork. After reviewing many proposals, we chose Increditors because of their impressive portfolio and competitive rates.

We started with a meeting to understand the tone and style we were going for. Increditors worked with us to understand our product before helping us create a range of social media marketing videos over the course of a couple years.

We worked with Mohammad, the project manager who was punctual, professional and impressive with what he and his team were able to deliver. After each milestone, we would give him feedback, and he'd communicate it to his team. They shared their work through Frame.io, which allowed us to comment directly on certain edits or stylistic choices.

The health and fitness startup that Increditors provided social media advertisements for has seen much success, a lot of which has been driven through said advertisements.

I’m the CEO and president of Lele Farley Productions. We make bilingual rap music and comedy in Chinese and English.

What challenge were you trying to address with INCReditors?

We hired INCReditors to get special effects and marketing services. We needed their video production services for our music video.

What was the scope of their involvement?

INCReditors helped us produce a music video based on a three-and-half-minute song. They used their own equipment for this project.

We worked with two people. The first one was a colorist, and the other one was their chief editor who was also in charge of everything else.

I found INCReditors on Upwork. I also talked to many of their competitors. However, when I saw INCReditors’ website, I realized that their team knew what they were doing. I cared about not only the editing quality but also their rhythm — they had a rhythmic flow and style, and that mattered to me. That was why I picked them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I sent the final draft of the video to my cinematographer and everybody I knew in the industry — they said it was fantastic. I was also blown away by INCReditors’ work. They did a fantastic job. I had the option to re-edit anything in their work that I didn’t like, so I looked at their version and checked for things that I might not like. However, I didn’t see any. 

How did INCReditors perform from a project management standpoint?

INCReditors beat our first deadline by two days and the second deadline by a day — they were always ahead of schedule. We used WhatsApp, Google Meet, and emails to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their quality and confidence distinguished them from other providers. This project was difficult to edit. In fact, I sent it to two other editors that were paid higher than INCReditors on Upwork. Those editors said they liked the video, but they couldn’t do it. By contrast, when I sent the requirements to INCReditors, they affirmed that it was difficult but added that they could absolutely do it. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. They exceeded my expectations. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you want to edit the video, I recommend leaving the editing tasks to INCReditors. For context, I’d already done some rough edits when I gave them the project. When they worked on it, they did better than I could ever have imagined. If they did the editing for the entire project, they would’ve continued to exceed my expectations.
