Inceptives Digital’s ability to turn what’s written down into a working, functioning app is amazing. Moreover, the team’s reassurance has eased our minds. Additionally, it’s refreshing to deal with brothers of the same faith; it creates a deeper connection and willingness to work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Inceptives Digital could improve their communication concerning the features and their prices. There are more people like us out there who know how to structure apps but not code them. If a client has a particular app idea, there should be a specific department to handle that. The extra cost should be expressed in the beginning and not during the project. Moreover, all costs should be told upfront to prevent hold-ups due to funding running out.
