I'm the CEO of a new product that helps brands earn revenue from their items in the resale market.

For what projects/services did your company hire Impressit, and what were your goals?

We hired Impressit to build us a Shopify integration and online marketplace that allows consumers to easily resell their past purchases.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We shortlisted a number of development agencies who has become personally recommended. Impressit, impressed us the most and so we chose them.

We had a kick-off meeting to go over the initial scope and then organised daily catch up meetings. Every week we get a demo of the latest parts that Impressit have built.

3 people. Backend developer, frontend developer and project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project has come in on budget and is working really well. The devs are quick to understand our needs and have been very flexible to work with.

We have daily stand-ups with our CTO and the three members of Impressit. And we speak daily through Slack.

We're impressed with how quickly they understood our needs and their willingness to always find the best solutions that take into account all our business circumstances.

No all has been great!
