I am the founder of Mauvais, a clothing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Imed Djabi?

I needed help with branding and creating our company identity, so I turned to Imed Djabi for help.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We began with a discussion of my goals and vision. Imed (Owner) provided his feedback and contributed some of his own ideas. He conducted focus groups with different stakeholders to get their opinions as well.

From there, he went on to make templates that I could choose from and built out our whole company identity and branding along with our vision and culture. He designed our logo, business cards, product packaging, and other collaterals. He also handled the trademarking of our company’s identity.

I work directly with Imed. 

How did you come to work with Imed Djabi?

I have known Imed for years prior to this project. When I heard he was in this industry, I checked out his website, liked what I saw, and reached out to him to discuss a possible partnership. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested $25,000 CAD (approximately $20,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around April 2020, and it is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of Imed’s design work is excellent. Everything they produce shows how client-focused they are; they listen intently to every idea and accommodate any requests or changes along the way.

How did Imed Djabi perform from a project management standpoint?

He performs quite well in this regard. He is always accessible and finishes tasks within the set timelines. We meet in person and communicate via Microsoft Teams.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Imed is easygoing and uncomplicated. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m quite satisfied with their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t hesitate to share all of your ideas or suggest changes throughout the process. Imed Djabi welcomes any and all input because it helps them understand and achieve your goals.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of the compagny. I just started this compagny, and Imed was helping me with the development of my online business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Imed Djabi , and what were your goals?

Like a mention earlier, I just started a new compagny. I needed someone who will help me with e-commerce development , with my app, with the design. I wanted someone who will be able to help me with everthing,so the style does not change. I was more than impression with the works of Imed. He is talented, dedicated.

He has an active listening skill. Since, it was a new compagny we needed someone with high skills and high motivation because we were strating from 0.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for web developers and I had my cousin who graduate as a web designer. After interviewing them, we chose Imed based on his past projects, design skills. He was also very open to change options and really good to ask question to make sure he understand our needs.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We started this project during the pandemic, so pretty much all our meetings were from zoom. We had many meetings were Imed was able to share his screen to shows us options or the work he was completing. After a few iterations and some hard work, he and his team were able to designed and developed the perfect branding for our new company.

We with Imed as a developer, and a web designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The web design was so amazing that my actual work wanted the contact info of Imed. We find our packaging for our products so we were able to lauch the products sooner.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We never had to delay anything. Imed is a person who do what he loves and we passion. He is always available for a quick call. He is a morning person. Imed Djabi communication skills were beyond what we expected. I will need to speak with him about details and he would send me a zoom invitation at 11PM with no problem.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a lot of experience, because of their past projects but they have also a lot of knowledge. Their have strong communication skilss, they listening to their customers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had some communication issues because I was not too sure about what I wanted , but they resolve that issue quickly by sending me a survey to analyse my needs. That was the best solution ever it was so helpful.
