I asked Imagepro for help in preparations for out biggest ever summer high season campaign. We wanted to abandon our old-fashioned TV spots used in the past and create new, fresh video platform that can be used throughout the whole summer (3 months), will be translatable to digital out of home and online video formats. The goal was also to combine two messagings in one 15" material - brand building and product / promo awareness. 

Videos had to be created from scratch, starting from creative idea, script writing, lector casting, voiceover recordings to postproduction and uploading to broadcasters. It wouldn't be the big deal if not the very tight deadlines (2 weeks) to handle all of this.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

7x 15" TV commercials, 2x online video formats, 4x digital out of home formats created within 2-weeks deadline and limited budget.

They started from realistic timeline and action plan preparation. They also managed expectations from the very beginning, letting everyone know that we have to sacrifice weekends in order to deliver the project on time. 

What was surprising I had more than enough time to give the feedback. They were very patient while implementing all the requested changes. The production process has been very dynamic but under control at the same time. We finish all works 1 working day prior the deadline.

Imagepro divided their work into 2 stages: Stage one was to make a film according to the guideliness from our corporation that would contribute to Global Company movie. Stage two: creation from scratch the escript, idea and image of the local, European branch of Kaishan company in Europe. They covered the work from script to making the complete film and advised on best way to advertise this movie in the internet and social media.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The part recorded by ImagePro for Global Corporate movie was applied in the corporate part which is a success that emphasizes our organisation in global view. On European part of the movie the aim was to attract new, potential diistributors and it works as through the communication channels we published the film we got more inquiries for cooperation and presented ourselves as quality partner.

They were both very creative and responsive as we had no idea about this field of activity, ImagePro was advising us best solutions to keep within the budget, paying very much attention not to exceed it. They offered us different option we could choose that fitted best to our image.

Very professional approach from the very beginning. We sent the same requirements to 4 companies dealing with this kind of activity on the market and ImagePro was most professinal, they were asking questions to precise, gave very detailed offer based on our consultancy and were very lean on time and production work.
