The most notable and comprehensive project we hired them for was to develop an end-to-end solution (web and app) for job management that included CRM, data entry, scheduling, lab information system, and reporting features through a web portal. The team did an excellent job in delivering on time and under budget. Based on the success of the project, our client has been awarded perpetual maintenance and enhancement responsibilities to our company.

Ifour Technolab has worked with me for over 10 years now, and I am impressed with their professionalism. They have a solid team of engineers and managers who stick with the company and can communicate with me. I needed someone flexible due to time zone differences.

ASP.NET technology was used for the web, the IONIC platform was used for iOS and Android apps. We laid out an 18-month plan to fit the client's monthly budget to develop all the features modularly, so the solution came online in the first 120 days after the 1st module was complete. We continued developing more modules as per the plan, keeping client engaged and excited with new features added to the solution each month.

The main success metric is ensuring the project is delivered on time. Our projects are funded by government grants, so we usually have little time to finish them. So far, iFour Technolab has always delivered on time, even with strict timelines. Testing is conducted by my students, and when they highlight any mistakes or changes, iFour Technolab responds to them fast.

They deliver the project on time without any problems. Moreover, they’ve stayed on budget. We use Asana and Slack for project management and communication. We also use chats and Google Meet.

I had already hired a few freelancers to meet my requirements, but they didn't perform well. Within two weeks of engaging with iFour, my project was back on track.

They adapted very quickly, and after a week or so I didn't feel that their team was different from mine, so I appreciate their flexibility. 

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To answer this question, I can go on and on with many things but I feel it would be better if I give you an example that will include major points rather than beating around the bush. I asked them a technical question for my requirements and they gave me a few options and also suggested the best option for me. The solution they suggested to me was more cost-effective than the few options they provided me. So, it’s not just money, they know what is best for you and will suggest the same thing but the ultimate decision will be yours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Well, there were a few things, but they happened because we are dealing with humans and not machines. Although I became impatient at times, when I got the final result, I realized that it was better than I had anticipated.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The most important features were the ones that would help any operations in the pursuit of logistics. These products were used to manage what the total load managed and also from the client.We can see a chart of the availability and schedule for each truck and match it with all potential orders.

Depending on how far they are from the last unloading point of the truck, the objective was to create an interactive map. We decided not to do that because we realized that that was a strong functionality. Instead, we created a system with all of the codes and inputs were so well put into it. It was designed in a parallel graphical designing system

We were already able to perform all of this without any errors. With their help, we had higher efficiency with our team. We had an easier way of planning future work, which didn’t exist earlier because of the bottleneck we had in the previous system. This increase in speed of work, the number of loads done by each broker, and the ease of communication between the brokers and the finance department.  

They also had a good way of communicating between the broker and theinance department. The partnership resulted in the completion of any project without any type of mistakes. Since the project went live,

All the work delivered on time and within our budget. They were able to stick to the timelines. In terms of meeting the project objectives, there were some minor delays, but nothing significant. We used a project management tool, but I can’t remember its name. We communicated through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

At least two on four calls, or four discussions, they were available. If there was any ideation for brainstorming, they would take it and explain why it was the most developer-friendly option. They would then go back to the drawing board to make sure we were satisfied with their first draft. That was very impressive to me. I tried to draw parallels between the product we wanted to build and some other items that already existed on the market, and we were eventually forced to hire someone else to take over.

Overall, I was satisfied with the results and their work.

I have worked with this vendor for many years on various projects and when then one started I knew they were the ones that I would reach out to. I am aware of their pricing structure and commination practices.

The project was web based and used .net server pages as well as a number of cloud based services. Our team created the basic outline of the software and defined the requirements. We started with getting the products cataloged and managed in the warehouse storing the data in a MS SQL server. Once the inventory management part was done we created connections to our online marketplaces for listing products. Once the products were managed and we were able to list them we created the components to manage orders and shipments. Once all these pieces were in place we were able to start selling or products online.

We had several developers and a project manager. As well as a web UI designer who created the look and feel of the website.
