The Idego Group provided us with a high level of development and provided us with a group of three programmers who exchanged knowledge, contacted us and were able to create a system according to our idea. From the very beginning, the Idego Group has been entrusted with the task of creating a platform that will handle the needs of customers, agents, payments, including support for SMS gateways. The platform is simple and pleasant to use. It was a task that was done one hundred percent.

We wanted to create an innovative solution on the market at that time, which would allow us to quickly and transparently present the insurance offer and conclude a new insurance, and then easily handle it. The solution prepared by Idego Grup did it. The Idego Group met our expectations.

They were suggested to us by a friend client who used Idego Group services. We were in such a moment in our operation that we were very focused on software development. We had a real and specific need. Once the Idego Group turned out to be a team of experts who have been delivering products for consumers across the globe for 10 years and who know our business-we had no worries. Grupa Otwarta - is a dashboard/web application that contained a number of functionalities directly related to the insurance industry. The amount of contributions, payment system, the ability to personalize the offer, and so on. From today's perspective, it may look like a classic solution for an insurance company. However, we were pioneers when it comes to personalizing the insurance offer for a specific customer.

What was the team composition?

The Idego Group supported us with a team of three programmers who communicated well with each other and with me. I knew perfectly well what was going on in the project, what would happen next week and whether we were able to deliver the functionality of our solution on time. Such a team size was adequate.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Of course. By creating this solution, we could reach him with the Insurance Company and insurance agent and show him something completely on the market. Insurance sales were at a high level. Which resulted in increased profits and further development. We have gained a lot of business experience thanks to the platform built by the Idego Group.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our project team was new, we didn't have our own programmers, so I can only talk about communication between Idego programmers and our team. They were willing to cooperate. Their actions were transparent and specific, I didn't feel I didn't know something. Everything was clear. All misunderstandings were resolved immediately. Idego shared experiences and advised us on some issues regarding the choice of functionality and development itself.

DIVE is a system designed for broadcasting various types of information in the form of texts, images, animations or videos. This information can be added by the customer using our CMS. In CMS you can create a playlist and add your own "posts" to it (text, image, video, etc.) or set another source of broadcast information, e.g. twitter, facebook, instagram, etc. Everything happens in the browser. The created playlist can be tested immediately by going to Player through the generated URL. A lot of teams in corporate relations spend hours working on powerpoint decks and the minute they put them online, they are out of date. Our software pulls live tweets and places content on digital displays in real time, so that everyone can connect to live information. My name is Deborah and and I'm the CEO of Dive Networks.

On a daily basis, Idego Group deals with literally everything related to the code: log monitoring, fixes, new functionalities, hunting for small patches, tests, implementation, etc. From the front to the back-end.

The flexibility of Idego Group is their amazing bargaining card. Initially, our project was supported by two Idego developers, but over time great development meant that one programmer was needed. So at present Idego Group is created by one person solutions for us.

Dive Networks, has grown & produced a very high value on the market. After having this approach we have been able to go with it to the client and give him something new on the market. Our revenues have jumped to a whole new level. We consolidated our profits which allowed us to develop as a company. We have acquired a huge amount of company experience and this is because of the Idego Group.

Our cooperation is very developmental, cooperative and contains a lot of communication. Vemco is a company with very large requirements and needs that we had to meet. The company is a producer and distributor of systems for registration and settlement of working time, staff service and access control, and with this type of tasks we had to face. Our cooperation began with a project to record working time for regular employees and temporary employees. A great project in which we worked in a larger group of programmers, software architects and we expanded our skills. What do I do? Analysis of functional requirements and translating them into a solution concept. The first project is the extension of our development department with additional Idego programmers. In this project we have created, which records the working time of employees in our company. Another project is again Idego's programming support. They created for us a team of programmers who created for us (from scratch) an application used to implement the provisions of the Act on the protection of personal data. Third project? Idego Group expanded our development team once again., They created an application (from scratch) used to record people during the evacuation.

What were your goals for this project?

First of all, Idego Group services that solved a specific problem for us was to support their external developers who created the code remotely. All these projects, i.e. the application for recording people working in the company, the application for implementing the provisions of the Act on the protection of personal data and the application for recording people during the evacuation were created by Idego Group and our developers.

How did you select this vendor?

Idego Group contacted us at the right place and time. We just needed support at that time and we had a specific and separate budget for creating the above solutions. What made Idego Group stand out is their ability to quickly create a development team and a real understanding of our situation. I liked the individual approach to Vemco - the company I work for.

Project 1: They expanded our programming team. They designed an application for recording people working in the company, which was to verify working time. (it was about contracts) Project 2: They expanded our team again. They created an application (from scratch) to implement the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The RODO module enables two-stage work. The first stage is the registration of the application, the second stage subjecting the application to an appropriate process, e.g .: Anonymisation Pseudonymization Restriction of processing Project 3: They expanded our team. They created an application (from scratch) to record people during evacuation.

What was the team composition?

Each time, despite the fact that Idego designed applications and created them from scratch, it does not mean that we did not have a development team on our side. This collaboration goes so well because, we have experienced developers behind us who understood the Idego Group, development team. The technical base of experience has helped to achieve great cooperation. At Idego Group, we appreciate their flexibility and the fact that they approach their partners with such individuality. We still felt cared for and knew perfectly well what was going on every day. Idego Group is above all great people with highly developed communication skills.

Definitely yes. The result is delivering development within a specified time and budget without any shortcomings. Our rating, i.e. 5 stars, did not come from anywhere. Our business could gain even more momentum so as to enter a new level. However, for us at the very end, people are always the most important. Idego Group, despite the fact that they are great developers, are also very cool people. Thanks to this cooperation, great contacts were made.

Thanks to the fact that Idego Group has expanded the Vemco development team, we can simply say that it was a lot to us. Thanks to this, we thoroughly understood communication on the part of Idego Group with technical threads. We didn't have any communication problems at all and we have a great time working. Thanks to the Agile approach, we know exactly what we will do each day. Weekly summaries allow us to determine with a cool head where we are in the project and whether we are going in the right direction together.

The Idego Group is headquartered in Gdynia, and ours in Gdańsk. We are almost from the same city. This is a very big plus, in case of any problems we can just meet and talk about the problem. Also the location is a big plus, certainly also the fact that the Idego Group has very good developers who want to develop and feel that they are betting on new solutions and innovation. They are happy to share knowledge and experience. They often suggest solutions that we would not come up with ourselves. A huge plus is the ability to expand the team at any time if we needed support today - we know that Idego Group would create another team of developers for us.

Idego Group has supported us with a flexible team of developers. At the beginning we had several developers who dealt with backend. Idego as professionals involved in web development - they took care of the web application. The support of four Idego programmers is worth a lot to us. Our developers remain in cooperation sometimes so that there will be no future mistakes in the development. We value the fact that Idego approaches us so flexibly and in case of need - they could expand the current team of developers literally during the week.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The most important element that helped us achieve success in the automotive industry is definitely nearshoring of development services to the Idego Group. Thanks to lower costs - we didn't have to hire programmers for our office, we didn't have to expand the office space - all these things were on the Idego Group side.

Our solution is used by large players on the Automotive market, so we can say that we are successful and want to achieve even more of them. The Idego Group certainly contributed to this.

Good question. First of all, it is worth emphasising the fact that at the end of every business or solution to a problem is a human being. Thanks to daily communication, we owe great relationships that are key when creating development remotely.

I am responsible for planning, implementing, defining the direction and verifying the stages of the project. I am also a person at the meeting point of development and management. The workflow between Teraki and the Idego Group is great. Thanks to the Agile approach, we solve problems on an ongoing basis and avoid a tiered approach.

We transferred our desired features into a low-fidelity mindmap. We knew that it wasn't detailed, so we were happy that at the beginning, EFEKT worked about general user flow without paying attention to the UI. In a quite short amount of time, we managed to have clear vision across all stakeholders what we are trying to build.

After we gave them feedback, they built wireframes (starting from mobile-first approach), and after accepted UX, they came up with a solidly consistent "look and feel" for us. In the end, we got all exported assets and project to inspect via Invision Inspect

Our internal team is happy with the outcome. What is the most important EFEKT managed to solve a lot of doubt across our internal team. We weren't exactly sure about the final features, but they helped us to make it right. The apps' professional design also helps us when pitching to new clients.

They're always reachable if we have an issue or questions. After some significant milestones, we met at EFEKT's HQ, so we could present a demo and discuss the project. Daily communication we kept via Slack.

Each Monday, EFEKT obliged to create certain tasks so we could track the progress at the end of the sprint. Designs were presented via Invision, so we had straightforward access to give our feedback and check any changes.

We needed a team to support us in defining our requirements, screens, architecture, designs, workflows, and other elements related to developing our solution. Our goal was to enter the market quickly with our MVP. I believe the main goal was to help us put our ideas in order. We had loads of features and we didn’t know how to put everything in one piece, not mentioning having good usability.

We were recommended Efekt by common partners. We knew that we would need to have a native mobile application and desktop solution. We got a recommendation from our partner that it’ worth considering EFEKT to take care of this Product Design stage. We had an initial meeting when we discussed the idea. Our idea was to create a possibility to connect many branded devices into one HUB, which connects controllers and devices with wired or wireless solutions like Zigbee, Z-Wave or Bluetooth at once. EFEKT was responsible for Web&Mobile design. It required a lot of User Research, the discovery of existing solutions and working a lot on combining all technical requirements into something user-friendly. We had ongoing meetings, demos, exchanging feedback. While the bulk of the project was complete, they continue to make minor updates as requested.

We worked directly with Simon- Partner in EFEKT and Przemek- Senior Product Designer. I know that apart from that there was a Visual Identity Designer and Motion Designer who helped with some animations.

We don’t have specific data about Revenue, Customers because we are still in the middle of the development phase. We shared Product Design with our internal team and in general, there was very positive feedback. From time to time we had a face-to-face meeting but mostly our every week our Project Manager set the scope for upcoming sprints. EFEKT started the UX/UI design process with a proper understanding of technical requirements, user stories in the backlog and features which we were aiming to build. Then they build architecture information with a user flow which helped us to understand the whole project from a bird’s eye perspective.

After all of the requirements were established, they built interactive mockups and wireframes, which we later implemented in a Software phase. It was a really close collaboration between our customer and us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I believe that the main impact of our collaboration was the fact that our customer was very satisfied with the outcome of a Product Design part that EFEKT took ownership of. I cannot share any specific numbers of this project due to NDA.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I was mainly responsible for a whole project, but we were all available on Slack and often EFEKT has been talking directly with our customer so it helped me a lot as well. Mutually each week we were discussing what is required.

From time to time we had face-to-face meetings. Projects were presented in Invision where we could track progress and resolve all issues regarding UX/UI. They were very accessible and responsive throughout the engagement.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They matched our expectations. We're very happy with their willingness to take the time to understand the product and technical requirements. What’s more the personal relationship with them was fantastic.

My main goal as a product owner was to fasten the process of delivering certain features that we had in a backlog. I’m aware that prototyping on the design phase is much quicker and cheaper so we were able to discuss new ideas with all stakeholders efficiently.

We were looking for UX/UI partner who might work for us. We interviewed a couple of agencies before narrowing the list to EFEKT. We have conducted first trial engagement and it all went smooth.

We are working together on different projects but what I could say about the process that at the very first EFEKT is trying to understand main goal of the product to make sure that the team is aligned with each other. We are usually spending some time gathering requirements and then EFEKT works on user flows, creating wireframes and going through various iterations of visual design. The last stage is handing over all deliverables for our in-house development team and being in touch if anything needs to be explained for our dev. team.

We worked directly with the designers and a project manager. EFEKT invited us to their Slack so it helped a lot in terms of communications.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As mentioned above, we work on various projects so it’s kind of hard to outline particular outcomes but in general, definitely speed of implementing new features increased. Awareness of design in our organization has raised as well. I believe we think more about users.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They're very responsive and proactive. I really like that they’ll push back when they really feel something will improve the user experience. They always met our deadlines which was very important for me as a Product Owner. We used Invision to deliver our feedback and check progress of work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a very solid design team. They came up with some interesting design angles and had some very creative flows. They work with a lot of different clients from various markets, so they take the best of best practices from different places in order to see how they can apply them to a new domain. That was clearly visible when we have done one completely new project with geo-localization employees by GPS.

I didn’t have any issues with them. It’s great to have a design company that’s engaged.

I don't have any metrics set up at this point, because we have launched recently but we do have great feedback from our internal team and first B2B partners. As a startup, we had our internal roadmap of the product and estimated time of launch, so having an outstanding Product Design was a very important piece to start the development as soon as possible. The pressure was high, but EFEKT managed to deliver everything according to the plan.

Every 2 weeks we had a Demo and Sprint planning which EFEKT regularly attended. What I appreciated most was their high dedication and engagement in those meetings, sharing their experience from previous projects or current trends.

EFEKT cooperated directly with my development and branding teams, so, fortunately, they were self-going. They are very flexible and reliable, which are some of the great parts of our relationship with them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

As mentioned earlier, in the early stage of our project we ran into some issues within the design area, primarily related to communication, timeliness and quality of deliverables. After connecting with the EFEKT team it was clear we're on the same page from day 1, as to What we wish to create and How & When we wanted the project executed.

The main challenge was to create a visually appealing interface of the sports watch according to very strict requirements from our hardware team. I hired EFEKT to help us crafting a great UX/UI experience for our users.

What were your goals for this project?

Our strategy was to launch a Kickstarter campaign to gain brand awareness before our launch and gather money to accelerate our production. My intention was to solve my headaches regarding having great usability. I had a list of user stories that we had to include in our version 1.0. To launch a successful campaign on Kickstarter we had to make high-quality mockups with an interface and short commercial animation showing all the features of our watch. That all has been done by EFEKT.

We came up with an idea to make a digital watch that will be durable and convenient to use in sports such as skiing, cycling. With my hardware team, I managed to build a working skeleton but there was absolutely lack of interface and thinking about user. Once we had the green light, the project moved very quickly. I was pleased by how well they did in a short time frame. The whole project was very complex because requirements from my hardware team were pretty sophisticated but the results were really satisfying. EFEKT was able to understand my vision and they were present in meetings with the hardware team. We wanted to conquer the market with a new digital watch and are currently implementing their work for the next release.

Communication was smooth and we managed to stay within our budget. If we needed face-to-face meetings, we just arranged it a day before but we kept as well as e-mail and phone communication which worked.

Scanbox is an innovative device that uses advanced algorithms to scan smartphone screens and checks whether they’re damaged. After passing a screen test, a user can insure their phone that we design specifically for our partner.

Mirrorcheck is an application for extremely secure selfies. It lets users insure their phones by taking a photo in the mirror. After taking a picture, our app uses advanced algorithms to check the condition of a screen

We needed help in designing our digital products to ensure users could easily understand, navigate, and interact with the backend of our product. What’s more, we had to design a solution which should be very easy to implement for different Telco brands.

We had some challenges around the changing deadlines, but that could be expected because our projects are usually complex and requirements might be changing very quickly. How did Idego Group perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is wonderful. We were reluctant to try an external developer at first, but they managed themselves brilliantly. We use Jira to track issues, and they provide reports on everything they work on. They’re like a team member who works remotely. It’s hard to differentiate them from our internal team.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We are happiest about the quality of code they provide. They have no trouble building complex code and managing complicated integrations with third-party sources. It would be impossible to find this kind of quality in a local company for a comparable cost.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I have no complaints, and am very happy with the results. It would be great if they had a higher level of Spanish, and we occasionally had issues in English, but other than that, everything went wonderfully.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Work with them. In my experience, CTOs are often reluctant to externalize, but the room for improvement in your company is huge if you work with them. Plan what you want to accomplish and define what you need, and the experience will be awesome.

The transportation market is out of date, still documenting everything on paper. My business partner and I felt there was a need to digitalize the way we work.


**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement? 
After finding Idego, we told them what we wanted to do, and we started to think of ideas of how to convert everything to digital and what could be done more efficiently. They came back to us with ideas about how to speed up our work on our databases.
We subcontract the transport and have haulers who rent cars from us, and we have a large database. Each time we look for a car, for example from Warsaw to Berlin, we have to call 10 different companies to get the information from the market of how much it will cost and when they can load the trucks. This is a large amount of data, which can be used later.
Idego came to us with the idea of preparing a simple application that can manage the data in a two-step process by entering the postal code of the area you want to load the transport and the location where you want to reload it. From the database, you would get the top three closest possible companies that provide transport from Warsaw to Berlin according to the historical data that we collected. It makes it easier for the people who work in transport who complete 10–15 transports daily. If they are connecting with 10 companies on each transport, the database expands. The application contains all the data, and I can easily fill in the postal code of one location to another and get the information that I need. Idego used Python and Django to develop the app. The app is very user-friendly. It is custom made and fits our needs well.

We had three people from their team working on this project. We worked mostly with Piotr [Owner of Idego Group], and we were also in contact with two specialists; one who worked on the interface, and the other worked on the mechanism and making sure that everything works.

We were looking for a local company that has innovative ideas. Their cost fit our budget, and the communication flow with Piotr was really good. We became close friends during the course of the project.

We are now able to get things done more quickly, and we are more accurate with our quotations for clients. We had been writing down everything in a notebook previously, which was easy to lose, and it’s hard to remember everything you write down. Everything is now in one place, and the data is available for everybody. Everyone is happy with the app. I can see the number of clients we can handle per day and per month is growing, which I believe is due to Idego’s contribution.

They have done very well. The best example is today; it’s an international holiday, and they are still putting in at least half of a working day to get stuff done because we have a big release next week. They’re quick in response, transparent, and they’re easy to work with.

We worked with outsourced resources before and bad communication can be very difficult and can mess up a project. They have consistently kept us in the loop. I’ve worked on projects where the team might know that what they are doing will create problems later and they don’t tell us. Idego Invoice is an invoicing tool that provides multifunctional and intuitive control panel design. Our customer wanted to create a modern invoice management solution.
We created web app that allows to replace paper invoices and enables invoicing in PDF files. Idego Invoice also allows you to generate extensive reports. Client remained fully satisfied with our work on the project, which was accomplished in tight schedule.
Our team was responsible for the entire software development process. We develop Idego Invoice using an Agile methodology.

### WatchScript - website monitoring
Website Performance Monitoring - WatchScript
WatchScript delivers web performance and availability monitoring for websites, servers and web applications. In case of problems, immediately sends the right alerts to the right person at the right time. As a result, the time of unavailability of the monitored application is limited.
We have to ensure that websites of our clients are always available. We needed platform that could monitor the load performance of web apps, make sure our clients most important sites interactions function smoothly.
As a result, we made performance and availability monitoring solution for websites, servers and web  applications. With our comprehensive monitoring platform, we help deliver the best possible web experience to our customers.
Our team was responsible for the entire software development process. We develop WatchScript using an Agile methodology.

The aim of this cooperation is to streamline and automate accounting processes related to the settlement of liabilities and receivables, as well as activities related to the execution of payments.


### PayPlus - ecommerce web app
As a result, we created an intuitive and user-friendly website design, which generates positive UX and provides UI. It fully corresponded to the requirements. Since the launch of the new portal database design the conversion rate of our's website has increased, as did the overall visitors’ turnout.
