We were able to create the whole solution from the very beginning together. So I looked at our cooperation from a close perspective.

The Idego Group provided us with a high level of development and provided us with a group of three programmers who exchanged knowledge, contacted us and were able to create a system according to our idea. Grupa Otwarta - is a dashboard/web application that contained a number of functionalities directly related to the insurance industry. The amount of contributions, payment system, the ability to personalize the offer, and so on. From today's perspective, it may look like a classic solution for an insurance company. However, we were pioneers when it comes to personalizing the insurance offer for a specific customer.
What was the team composition?
The Idego Group supported us with a team of three programmers who communicated well with each other and with me. I knew perfectly well what was going on in the project, what would happen next week and whether we were able to deliver the functionality of our solution on time. Such a team size was adequate.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Of course. By creating this solution, we could reach him with the Insurance Company and insurance agent and show him something completely on the market. Insurance sales were at a high level. Which resulted in increased profits and further development. We have gained a lot of business experience thanks to the platform built by the Idego Group.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Our project team was new, we didn't have our own programmers, so I can only talk about communication between Idego programmers and our team. They were willing to cooperate. DIVE is a system designed for broadcasting various types of information in the form of texts, images, animations or videos. This information can be added by the customer using our CMS. In CMS you can create a playlist and add your own "posts" to it (text, image, video, etc.) or set another source of broadcast information, e.g. twitter, facebook, instagram, etc. Everything happens in the browser. The created playlist can be tested immediately by going to Player through the generated URL. A lot of teams in corporate relations spend hours working on powerpoint decks and the minute they put them online, they are out of date. Our software pulls live tweets and places content on digital displays in real time, so that everyone can connect to live information. My name is Deborah and and I'm the CEO of Dive Networks.

The flexibility of Idego Group is their amazing bargaining card. Initially, our project was supported by two Idego developers, but over time great development meant that one programmer was needed. So at present Idego Group is created by one person solutions for us.

Dive Networks, has grown & produced a very high value on the market. After having this approach we have been able to go with it to the client and give him something new on the market. Our revenues have jumped to a whole new level. We consolidated our profits which allowed us to develop as a company. We have acquired a huge amount of company experience and this is because of the Idego Group.

Vemco is a company with very large requirements and needs that we had to meet. The company is a producer and distributor of systems for registration and settlement of working time, staff service and access control, and with this type of tasks we had to face. Our cooperation began with a project to record working time for regular employees and temporary employees. A great project in which we worked in a larger group of programmers, software architects and we expanded our skills. What do I do? Analysis of functional requirements and translating them into a solution concept. Creating a solution design - system functions, reports, interfaces to external systems, building mockups of the designed solution. Realization of implementation works, tests, and training. Cooperation with a development team in the software development process. Planning and coordination of changes in systems.

Cooperation with the Idego Group is not one short project, but long-term cooperation and huge programming support. In total, we are working on another project, in total there were three. The first project is the extension of our development department with additional Idego programmers. In this project we have created, which records the working time of employees in our company. Another project is again Idego's programming support. They created for us a team of programmers who created for us (from scratch) an application used to implement the provisions of the Act on the protection of personal data. Third project? Idego Group expanded our development team once again., They created an application (from scratch) used to record people during the evacuation.

First of all, Idego Group services that solved a specific problem for us was to support their external developers who created the code remotely. All these projects, i.e. the application for recording people working in the company, the application for implementing the provisions of the Act on the protection of personal data and the application for recording people during the evacuation were created by Idego Group and our developers.

Idego Group contacted us at the right place and time. We just needed support at that time and we had a specific and separate budget for creating the above solutions. What made Idego Group stand out is their ability to quickly create a development team and a real understanding of our situation. I liked the individual approach to Vemco - the company I work for.

Project 1: They expanded our programming team. They designed an application for recording people working in the company, which was to verify working time. (it was about contracts) Project 2: They expanded our team again. They created an application (from scratch) to implement the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The RODO module enables two-stage work. The first stage is the registration of the application, the second stage subjecting the application to an appropriate process, e.g .: Anonymisation Pseudonymization Restriction of processing Project 3: They expanded our team. They created an application (from scratch) to record people during evacuation.
What was the team composition?
Each time, despite the fact that Idego designed applications and created them from scratch, it does not mean that we did not have a development team on our side. This collaboration goes so well because, we have experienced developers behind us who understood the Idego Group, development team. The technical base of experience has helped to achieve great cooperation. At Idego Group, we appreciate their flexibility and the fact that they approach their partners with such individuality. We still felt cared for and knew perfectly well what was going on every day. Idego Group is above all great people with highly developed communication skills.

Definitely yes. The result is delivering development within a specified time and budget without any shortcomings. Our rating, i.e. 5 stars, did not come from anywhere. Weekly summaries allow us to determine with a cool head where we are in the project and whether we are going in the right direction together.

The Idego Group is headquartered in Gdynia, and ours in Gdańsk. We are almost from the same city. This is a very big plus, in case of any problems we can just meet and talk about the problem. Also the location is a big plus, certainly also the fact that the Idego Group has very good developers who want to develop and feel that they are betting on new solutions and innovation. They are happy to share knowledge and experience. They often suggest solutions that we would not come up with ourselves. A huge plus is the ability to expand the team at any time if we needed support today - we know that Idego Group would create another team of developers for us.

From the perspective of Software house, UX/UI resources are super necessary for having a successful digital product. This phase of design helps:
- understand requirements better and transform user stories into designs.
- solve any roadblocks during the design stage

- for a customer to know how his product will look like
- reduce the time of development by having accepted designs
- create visually appealing products
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We used Slack for written communication, Google Hangout for video-calls. On each sprint planning, we have been discussing backlog and any possible obstacles. In some projects, we used Trello or Taiga for managing user stores. EFEKT was very active, helping us to deliver everything on time and within a budget.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I would say knowledge of the product development process and the ability to quickly understand what the business goal behind the product is. It’s not only about beautiful images, rather than a solid understanding of end-users ( their challenges, expectations, and frustrations) and aligning with our development team. This is done while maintaining the customers key KPIs based on latest state of the art AI based data processing schemes. As such, Teraki’s software enables to fulfill low-latency SLAs required by the end-user and ultimately to adapt key KPIs such as cost-per-mile at the highest precision and lowest latency. Teraki enables to bridge the gap towards true autonomy, bridging the gap of 5G and automotive hardware cost efficiency
What was the team composition?
Idego Group has supported us with a flexible team of developers. At the beginning we had several developers who dealt with backend. Idego as professionals involved in web development - they took care of the web application. The support of four Idego programmers is worth a lot to us. Our developers remain in cooperation sometimes so that there will be no future mistakes in the development. We value the fact that Idego approaches us so flexibly and in case of need - they could expand the current team of developers literally during the week.

The most important element that helped us achieve success in the automotive industry is definitely nearshoring of development services to the Idego Group. Thanks to lower costs - we didn't have to hire programmers for our office, we didn't have to expand the office space - all these things were on the Idego Group side.
Our solution is used by large players on the Automotive market, so we can say that we are successful and want to achieve even more of them. The Idego Group certainly contributed to this.

I’m a Managing Director of a company that provides commercial performance solutions and better customer care tools for insurance distribution networks, call centers, and websites.

We have prepared some initial mobile wireframes in a mock up tool to explain our scope better, but at the end of the day, we expected to re-think from an external standpoint the UX approach and Design User Interface or web and mobile platform.
What were your goals for this project?
Our main goal was to create a user-friendly tool for purchasing insurance. On the other hand, we wanted to make sure that the design team will be aligned with our development in terms of feasibility, assets, and specific solutions.

I found their team on Clutch. We had an interview via video-conference when we could discuss the project, expectations, and share an initial scope of the project. Simon ( partner in EFEKT) walked us through their processes, tools, and portfolio. After receiving a quote, we decided to go with them.

We have already defined the features of our product, so I guess it was more comfortable for EFEKT to start from this point. However, we needed the UX/UI expert to validate our ideas and transform them into the interfaces which faced our expectations.
What was the team composition?
Our primary touch point was Simon, partner in EFEKT. He was responsible for communication and managing the project. As far as I know, there was also one UX/UI designer and one designer who was creating assets like icons & graphics.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are in the middle of the development & testing phase. Our team is delighted with the outcome and having ready UX/UI allows us to create technical documentation. Our development team is much more efficient because a lot of issues have been solved upfront on UX/UI design phase.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The process was pretty good. We appreciate instant communcation tools EFEKT is using, such as Slack, and work progress sharing tools they are using, that was fitting well our own organisation that is distributed on several countries. They managed to finish a project in the budget, so we were delighted to get our work on time and without any additional costs.

Rather than blindly executing what we told them, they suggested some improvements in our initial thinking. We had solid communication through our Slack channel, so everyone in the project was aligned. When EFEKT identified possible roadblocks, they asked us early so we could figure those issues out.

I’m a Lead Project Manager at Codibly. We are technology & consulting company focused on Digital Sustainability solutions. Our origin is excellence in software. We started as a software house with fifteen people on board, wanting to deliver perfect technology solutions.

For what projects/services did your company hire EFEKT?
We reached out to EFEKT because we needed their UX/UI expertise to design a web application with a lot of data visualization for our customer from the US.
What were your goals for this project?
The main goal was to review& re-design an existing solution. We were building a new version of the application, so it was a great moment to conduct a bit of research on how we could improve user experience and a visual layer of the app.
How did you select this vendor?
Some time ago, EFEKT approached us as UX/UI support for tech companies. They have a strong understanding of building digital products and working with developers. Their portfolio and past testimonials led us to have a more in-depth conversation. We got along well and had a similar workflow& communication approach.
Describe the project in detail.
We started with gathering requirements of features which were in the scope of releasing a new version. EFEKT made a review of the existing solution, and they have created the first version of wireframes that we could show to our customer.
Once we gathered feedback, we could start doing User Interface. EFEKT showed us a mood board, and we agreed on the design direction. Afterward, they delivered all assets for our development team.
What was the team composition?
We primarily worked with a senior designer and one project manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I don’t have any metrics because we are still in the middle of implementation for our customer, but the quality of the work was excellent. Our customer was delighted with the outcome and communication. They were able to take the requirements that we gave them—and create a system that works.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As a Project manager, I was pleased with how this project was running. We were in very close communication via Slack and zoom. We had frequent updates about things that have been done and upcoming tasks to resolve.
During demo sprints, we had a video-call with our customer to present a demo of the design. We were discussing challenges and gathering feedback. Communication was in fluent English.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They've been resourceful and found solutions to every problem. They were able to take our feature-heavy technical vision and turn it into a user-friendly interface. EFEKT has been a great team player who helped us deliver a good quality design.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There’s nothing I can think of.

I’m a product developer in a Swedish company Zyax AB. In Zyax, we are passionate about technology development and innovation. Zyax aims to develop a system that becomes the heart of the self-thinking energy-efficient smart home. There are many fun technology gadgets to fill the home with today, but they do not always speak so well with each other. We began our technology revolution with the development of a truly competent heart and brain. Different apps for controlling your lights, heating and security system are not needed. One app is all it takes to become energy aware and control your home!
For what projects/services did your company hire EFEKT - UX/UI Agency?
We wanted to create a solution for owners of energy-efficient smart homes. We trusted in EFEKT to build outstanding user experience and user interface experience.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed a team to support us in defining our requirements, screens, architecture, designs, workflows, and other elements related to developing our solution. Our goal was to enter the market quickly with our MVP. I believe the main goal was to help us put our ideas in order. We had loads of features and we didn’t know how to put everything in one piece, not mentioning having good usability.
How did you select this vendor?
We were recommended Efekt by common partners. We knew that we would need to have a native mobile application and desktop solution. We got a recommendation from our partner that it’ worth considering EFEKT to take care of this Product Design stage. We had an initial meeting when we discussed the idea. I have been very impressed with their work. They roughly estimated the budget and we started to cooperate.
Describe the project in detail.
Our idea was to create a possibility to connect many branded devices into one HUB, which connects controllers and devices with wired or wireless solutions like Zigbee, Z-Wave or Bluetooth at once. EFEKT was responsible for Web&Mobile design. It required a lot of User Research, the discovery of existing solutions and working a lot on combining all technical requirements into something user-friendly. We had ongoing meetings, demos, exchanging feedback. While the bulk of the project was complete, they continue to make minor updates as requested.
What was the team composition?
We worked directly with Simon- Partner in EFEKT and Przemek- Senior Product Designer. I know that apart from that there was a Visual Identity Designer and Motion Designer who helped with some animations.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We don’t have specific data about Revenue, Customers because we are still in the middle of the development phase. We shared Product Design with our internal team and in general, there was very positive feedback. We believe that adding to your company’s portfolio SmartHome solution will give us a visible edge in Swedish market.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
From time to time we had a face-to-face meeting but mostly our every week our Project Manager set the scope for upcoming sprints. EFEKT invited us to their Slack so it helped a lot in terms of exchanging information. Designs were presented in Invision which was great to understand better how it’s gonna look. at the end.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The team at EFEKT was knowledgeable, dedicated, and committed to success. They felt like part of our team. I’m aware that this project was sophisticated in terms of technical requirements and sometimes scope has been changing but EFEKT was very flexible. Whenever we had to push more scope to the development team, they always delivered on time.
Are there any areas for improvement?
The designers in Efekt do insist on their design which sometimes leads to discussions. I do believe these discussions lead to a better end result where we could combine everyone's ideas and thoroughly work on the designs.

We approached EFEKT for our Hardware& Software IoT project. There were responsible for a full Product Design in a Web and Mobile Application.
What were your goals for this project?
The ultimate goal was to make sure that we all are on the same page. We knew that building a whole system will require a lot of development so we didn’t wanna burn our client’s money by many changes a lot into development.
That’s why we emphasized that UX/UI stage is crucial. Clickable prototype and the accepted interface was essential for us.
How did you select this vendor?
I asked for a referral from people in the IT industry. EFEKT has been recommended as a company that understands creating digital products and works constantly as UX/UI partner for Tech companies. We met with Simon (partner in EFEKT) and felt that he was someone we could have faith in.
Describe the project in detail.
EFEKT started the UX/UI design process with a proper understanding of technical requirements, user stories in the backlog and features which we were aiming to build. Then they build architecture information with a user flow which helped us to understand the whole project from a bird’s eye perspective.
After all of the requirements were established, they built interactive mockups and wireframes, which we later implemented in a Software phase. It was a really close collaboration between our customer and us.
What was the team composition?
We worked mainly with 2 guys from EFEKT.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I believe that the main impact of our collaboration was the fact that our customer was very satisfied with the outcome of a Product Design part that EFEKT took ownership of. I cannot share any specific numbers of this project due to NDA.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I was mainly responsible for a whole project, but we were all available on Slack and often EFEKT has been talking directly with our customer so it helped me a lot as well. Mutually each week we were discussing what is required.
From time to time we had face-to-face meetings. Projects were presented in Invision where we could track progress and resolve all issues regarding UX/UI. They were very accessible and responsive throughout the engagement.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They matched our expectations. We're very happy with their willingness to take the time to understand the product and technical requirements. What’s more the personal relationship with them was fantastic.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with them. For sure it is now the first company I will reach to when starting another project and in need of UX/UI specialists.

We wanted to upgrade our user experience, user interface in our main system. We were implementing some new products into our overall ecosystem so that was a good moment to think more about usability. We wanted a partner which could help us with that. This is an ongoing cooperation.
What were your goals for this project?
My main goal as a product owner was to fasten the process of delivering certain features that we had in a backlog. I’m aware that prototyping on the design phase is much quicker and cheaper so we were able to discuss new ideas with all stakeholders efficiently.
How did you select this vendor?
We were looking for UX/UI partner who might work for us. We interviewed a couple of agencies before narrowing the list to EFEKT. We have conducted first trial engagement and it all went smooth.

We are working together on different projects but what I could say about the process that at the very first EFEKT is trying to understand main goal of the product to make sure that the team is aligned with each other. We are usually spending some time gathering requirements and then EFEKT works on user flows, creating wireframes and going through various iterations of visual design. The last stage is handing over all deliverables for our in-house development team and being in touch if anything needs to be explained for our dev. team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As mentioned above, we work on various projects so it’s kind of hard to outline particular outcomes but in general, definitely speed of implementing new features increased. Awareness of design in our organization has raised as well. I believe we think more about users.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They're very responsive and proactive. I really like that they’ll push back when they really feel something will improve the user experience. They always met our deadlines which was very important for me as a Product Owner. We used Invision to deliver our feedback and check progress of work.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They have a very solid design team. They came up with some interesting design angles and had some very creative flows. They work with a lot of different clients from various markets, so they take the best of best practices from different places in order to see how they can apply them to a new domain. That was clearly visible when we have done one completely new project with geo-localization employees by GPS.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I didn’t have any issues with them. It’s great to have a design company that’s engaged.
The platform effectively differentiated stakeholders from their competitors. Insurance sales were high, which resulted in increased profits and business growth. The vendor maintained a transparent, highly responsive communication style. They offered valuable advice to guide the development process.
