Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of an NGO named Tumaini. We work for the empowerment of small projects all around the world

For what projects/services did your company hire Idea Bloom, and what were your goals?

We wanted to do a brand and costumer communication workshop that helped the women of one project (Maasai women) to sell and communicate better their products

How did you select this vendor?

We worked before on other project and we really liked their professionality.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

To start, we worked together on the main problems the Maasai women could face. They prepared a detailed plan for the workshop including role play so they could understand better the different situations. We travelled to Kenya to carry out the workshop in person and it was very succesful. After the workshop the participants receive a summary of what they learnt.

I worked directly with the project manager and the founder.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The women learnt how to communicate better and thus increased their sales.

We had some meetings. Very personal communication. We used tools such us Google Meet, Trello and Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The empathy they had for the project was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I think everything was fine.
