I'm the Business Development Manager responsible for IT operations at the DAT Turkey office.

For what projects/services did your company hire ICT Information Technologies, and what were your goals?

We needed to understand, improve and automate user demands. We needed also the first level and the second level support to handle the IT demands of our customers. As a result, we hired ICT team to manage the demands and to deliver improvements quickly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them on a recommendation. In the interviews we made, we saw that they can take quick action and work with a customer focus. These features put them ahead of other candidates.

We prepared the workflow plans related to our needs together and agreed on the project. Then they completed their development plans and shared them with us. They gave information about the development processes and made demos on a weekly basis. We put into use the product developed with our requests.

4 people worked on the completion of this project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started to manage customer demands 50% faster. Our customer satisfaction rate has increased.

They have excellent time line and project management skills during the project development, they have communication between us at each phase. In this way, we were able to move quickly and as we wanted.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The internal harmony of the team involved in the project is very successful. On the other hand, it was very easy to agree on the issues since both teams were accessible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should continue to keep their existing qualified staff together.

I'm the IT Manager of the automotive supplier company we have three locations in Turkey.

We worked with ICT company for custom developed software projects which are used to manage our company's supply chain, ordering and warehouse management.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them after having a detailed investigation on similar companies. We have selected ICT among 7 companies after having a detailed analysis study.

We first started with analysis interviews about the project requirements and defined workflows and other deliverables. After interviews workflow and scope definition has been completed. The project has been completed with following development and testing steps.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch project almost with zero defects during the go-live steps. This is important for our comany to have a fast track during go-live and not to make several corrections after go-live.

They have a good project management style. Especially they try to work closer with their customer and they acted quite agile in case of problems and issues to be solved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their agility, partnership, and quick solutions in case of issues were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Mainly they were quite well. Just they need to take care more about documentation and manuals.
