From the beginning, iCentric Agency took a strategic and all-encompassing strategy.  They created an IoT-enabled supply chain management and inventory system especially for the functional food and supplement sector.  In order to regularly monitor stock levels and environmental elements like temperature and humidity both crucial for maintaining the quality of our ingredients—they put sensors throughout our storage facilities.  
Additionally, they installed monitoring devices across our supply chain to keep an eye on shipments and deliver real-time status and position updates.  Setting up the IoT infrastructure, creating an intuitive dashboard for remote inventory monitoring and management, and incorporating alarms that inform us of low stock or changes in environmental conditions that could cause spoiling were the main objectives.

A financial marketplace was created by iCentric Agency.  They started by guiding us through a discovery process in which we explained our goals for the project.  After that, they assisted us in visualizing our target audience and determining why they would utilize the marketplace.  After we worked it out, they assisted us in designing the technological architecture of our platform and the technical design of the entire stack, which included front end and back-end development, APIs, and more.

They also assisted us in obtaining competitive analysis so we could understand what other businesses were doing that was comparable to ours.  We were able to identify what we truly wanted to be and what we wanted to stay away from on our platform by doing that.  They then gave us preliminary designs for all of our sites, which included making our buttons, screen views, forms, user journeys, and logic.  By doing this, we were able to determine the entire process from beginning to end for both front and back end interactions, as well as how our users would register and configure our platform. The group is now working on expanding the platform's functionalities.

For us, they created the Adventure Rental System, a software system that tracks clients and rental equipment.  The rental system was designed to be a plug-in to the waiver system.  In order to start a rental length clock, we intended to use technology such as NFC [Near Field Communications] or RFID [Radio Frequency Identification] tags to check customers in and out.  The system determines the cost of the tickets for rentals and charges them when they return.  Building the NFC or RFID tags into a time clock was the system's original need.  Wristbands are used to incorporate it.  We make use of APIs via the studio POS CRM software system MINDBODY online.

Revenue has increased by 15 20% as a result of efficiency improvements and the capacity to precisely track time continuously rather than simply by a quarter or an hour.  From a CRM perspective, the effectiveness has been beneficial.  I'm not sure how much time we used to spend attempting to interpret emails that were written on paper and enter them into a database.  That was inefficient and frequently resulted in several mistakes.

Working with them has been incredibly enjoyable.  They react quickly.  They were proactive in the beginning in resolving problems that I was unaware would arise during the development process.  It was comforting to know that those problems will be resolved before the system was finished.  There was always excellent communication.  If they can identify the issue, they will resolve it quite instantly.  Additionally, they have reasonably excellent data on problem-solving techniques.  Usually, I can explain to them the steps that brought us to a certain problem, and they are quite adept at solving it from there.  They are useful in the UI/UX and design, and the development has been quite intuitive.

Email is the primary means of communication between us.  They outline project requirements using Google Docs.  One good thing about working with them on our development is that they always verify that the hardware, software, and APIs will function before we begin.  There aren't any significant obstacles that arise throughout a development phase because of anything we hadn't tested or expected.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The application was created using Java EE 6.0.  JBoss EAP 6 is used to run the services.  Angular 8 is the front-end technology.  We use Hadoop and Oracle 11 for the data.  Actually, they are only working for this one client, but we are considering expanding their assistance for our other clients.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I'm quite happy with our connection.  We keep track of the work's progress with them every week, both internally and with the client, to ensure that every assignment is satisfactorily finished.  They haven't caused us any issues at all.

We take care of project management; others don't. iCentric Agency has a strong organizational structure.  We have a central point of contact who can oversee the actions of their team.

They have excellent developers and are more affordable for us than other providers.  Micromanagement is not necessary for iCentric Agencys.  They are accurate and can do tasks without any problems if we give them the right specs.
