What challenge were you trying to address with I Think Therefore I am Ventures Inc?

We needed a development firm to create a website for a new product category we wanted to launch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I Think Therefore I am Ventures Inc designed a new product website using PHP. After some initial meetings, they were able to understand what we were looking for without having to iterate multiple wireframes. We explained our ideas, and they ran with the project from there. As a result, we didn’t have to do a lot of planning or hands-on management. They delivered a well-built site that works towards our underlying business goals and is consistent with our vision.

What is the team composition?

I reached out to Jeff (CEO, I Think Therefore I am Ventures Inc) initially. Once the project got underway, a single account manager became our primary point of contact.

How did you come to work with I Think Therefore I am Ventures Inc?

I’ve known Jeff for many years, so I thought of his company when this work opportunity arose. I looked over their previous work and found that it fit within my design sensibilities. I wanted the new site to have a clean and unencumbered sort of interface. Once it became clear that they could deliver something like that, we decided to move the project forward.

What is the status of this engagement?

This project took place from March–July 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website they designed for us supports an ancillary business to our existing business. Fortunately, the existing business has quickly expanded over the last 6–8 months. A consequence of that is that we haven’t been able to focus on launching the site that I Think Therefore I am Ventures has worked on for us. However, we’ve shown the current version to partners and investors as a way to illustrate how we’re planning to grow in the future. In that sense, the site has been a successful tool.

How did I Think Therefore I am Ventures Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re highly responsive and can put materials together on-demand. There were zero communication issues throughout the engagement. My business partner and I appreciate that we can have a conversation with them without having intricate details prepared. Their team was able to understand our pitch without having to go back and forth with each other ad nauseam.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The visual style that they bring to the table is incredible. I love their design work. Beyond that, the ease of communication they provide sets them apart from similar vendors. We wanted to provide a third-party vendor with our end goal and have them be responsible for most of the creative direction. I Think Therefore I Am Ventures Inc gave us that experience successfully.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There wasn’t anything in our engagement that they could’ve done better. We’re happy with the service we received.

I’m the president and CEO of a full-service residential and commercial roofing firm called All Weather Guard.

Our previous website was out of date, so I wanted a new version. 

What were your goals for this project?

To better represent our company online, I wanted a sleek website that was easy to use across mobile and desktop devices.

How did you select this vendor? 

I found them through a referral by a colleague who had also used them.

Once I selected them, Jeffrey (Founder & CEO, I Think Therefore I am Venture Inc) opened a line of communication to keep me involved. He asked several questions to get an understanding of what I wanted before helping me pick out appropriate images and text. He then organized it into an awesome, well-designed site.

What was the team composition?

I mostly communicated with Jeffrey, who was available 24/7. He responded quicker to emails than any other company I’d dealt with, even those outside of web design. He also had a great team working in the background.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? 

The new site is now mobile friendly, which has helped me increase my web traffic by 250% within the first three months. Many former customers have reached out to me to express how nice the site looks, which has never happened before. Now, at least once a week, a customer will compliment my site and tell me how it stands out from other roofing companies’ sites. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I can’t say enough about how effective their workflow was. Unlike other vendors I’d worked with, I Think Therefore I am Venture Inc responded in such a timely fashion, and every step of the process was seamless. We mostly communicated via email, phone, and text.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Besides their responsiveness, I was most impressed with their design skills. The site came out incredibly, and I could never have designed such a beautiful flowing product. Jeffrey is a true artist in that regard.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I can’t think of a single suggestion for Jeffery nor his team.

I own a casual restaurant called Pure Shore Kitchen. We serve gourmet tacos in an upscale, quick setting.

We wanted a site with excellent UX and a design that fit our coastal-casual brand.

We’ve done projects together in the past. During those engagements, I was impressed with the quality of work and strong design skills Jeff (CEO & Founder, I Think Therefore I am Ventures) displays.

We’re beginning to drive stronger traffic with the new website. Our ROI has increased as well.
