We’ve partnered with Hyuman across a wide range of eCommerce initiatives to support both our DTC and B2B businesses. Their team helped us design and develop our main Shopify site, ensuring a seamless and high-performance user experience aligned with our brand. In addition to the initial build, they’ve conducted in-depth app audits and supported the implementation of new tools to improve site functionality and performance.

On an ongoing basis, Hyuman collaborates with us monthly on engagement and conversion optimization projects. This includes A/B testing, UX improvements, and custom development to enhance customer journeys. They’ve also worked closely with us to develop app logic and flow configurations tailored to our needs, helping us create more personalized and effective experiences for our visitors.

Our partnership with Hyuman led to significant improvements across key performance metrics, showcasing the impact of their work. Most notably, we saw a meaningful lift in our overall site conversion rate, driven by improvements in user experience, optimized funnel flows, and the implementation of effective upsell and cross-sell strategies.

Bounce rates on key pages decreased, indicating stronger engagement and more intuitive site navigation. Site speed also improved, especially on mobile, contributing to better performance scores and a smoother user experience.

In addition, we saw increased engagement with product discovery modules and Rebuy-powered recommendations, along with stronger performance in our cart and checkout flows. The logic Hyuman helped us build for Shopify apps directly contributed to higher AOV and improved customer retention through more personalized experiences.
