Transactions are halted due to manufacturing industries shutting down due to Coronavirus, which restricted the construction of housing and building projects and the lockdown restrictions have limited the new purchases of laminate flooring and the outbreak is expected to continue to have a negative impact on businesses throughout 2020 and into 2021.
We decided to change our path and thus we thought of doing something innovative.

A fintech company hired Hyperlink InfoSystem to develop an app and a mobile website. After several workarounds and negotiations, however, the team failed to reach the first milestone or deliver a final product.
Despite showing up empty-handed at the end of the initial timeframe, Hyperlink InfoSystem promised to provide any service they could to resolve the issue. The client expressed their disappointment at not receiving the products and the refund that they asked for. This review is an update by the client company. BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a fintech company that is based in London.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
We hired Hyperlink to develop an app and a website for us.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Hyperlink was supposed to develop a mobile app and a website from scratch but I later found out that they didn’t actually have a team that could deliver on that. We even provided them with a complete proposal that detailed the functionalities we needed for the app and the website. That brief also contained a reference app that we wanted them to build off of.
We were told that it would take 4–5 months to complete the project. After 8–9 months, however, the team still hadn’t given us anything. We didn’t even reach our first milestone.
What is the team composition?
I was in contact with the business manager, project manager, designers. After I received an email about how Hyperlink couldn't fulfill our expectations, their CEO jumped into the conversation to say that he also couldn’t resolve the issue.
How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I come to work after visiting good reviews on clutch and Google. Now I come to know how he is running fake reviews campaigns. It would be conducive for them to build a good image by doing the right things instead of focusing on building a business on a baseless foundation and fake reviews.
How much have you invested with them?
I paid $11,250, which Hyperlink refused to refund.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
How did Hyperlink InfoSystem address the challenges that arose?
When I posted my first review with a zero rating, the CEO Harnil contacted me and offered free work, as can be seen in his response to my first review. However, now I come to know how down he can go for the sake of good reviews only.
Therefore, he offered free work and was keep forcing me through WhatsApp to update my review with a 5-star rating by saying he has offered free work. Just for the sake of good terms, I gave 5 stars but since I updated the rating, his business manager started saying they cannot work for free and I have to pay to continue. I was like what, I asked could you please schedule a joint call with the CEO. The business manager never scheduled a call, hence I contacted the CEO desperately and he was not willing to discuss anything.
After a long wait for his response, I sent a final message asking if you're not willing could you please stop wasting my time and refund my advance as it is a clear loss to my business, too. But he denied to refund, and eventually, I am in the same position I was 3 months ago and have given a good review, money, time, and have nothing.
How was project management handled?
Very bad, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone to become a victim of such a painful journey.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Do not give advance in any way more than 1% to 2% or max 5% depends on project size. As they follow no refund policy. First, ask for a trial period of 1 month or so to see the competencies of the team. Do not make any further payment until you get work delivered on your server. Cross-check all the work they claim to you. And ask for a virtual tour of their office on a video call to see where 350+ developers are working as claimed by their website.
Read all the details in the contract very carefully or I would highly advise hiring a corporate lawyer to review their contract before signing. It won't cost you more than you pay them as an advance and will be in trouble later on. There are many clauses in their contract for their own interest and don't protect buyers at all.
Take a video call with the CEO, business manager, and most importantly with the project manager who is going to work with you on daily basis for updates and record all the meetings.
The best thing is just to stay away for the peace of your mind as this company is complete chaos.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a co-founder of TapTop Fintech, Ltd. We provide financial management services.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I hired them to develop a website and mobile app with a handful of features for stock investing.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I’ve had a really bad experience with Hyperlink. We agreed on the features for the website and mobile application but they’re a very unorganized company. I paid them $11,000 and have nothing in my hands. There’s no assurance that I’ll get the deliverables after paying for the second milestone.
At first, Hyperlink promised to deliver my website within 10 days. I planned to launch the site on December 25th, 2020, and they said that if I finalized the contract by December 15th, I’d get the website by then. I finalized the contract on the date they asked for, and they didn’t deliver a website for the next two months.
What is the team dynamic?
I’ve interacted with several managers, a business manager, and their CEO. I don’t just want a response from someone; I need a solution.
It seems like the CEO of the company works only on their marketing efforts. He boosts their image online by going to events and posting pictures on Google, but when someone goes to work with them, there’s nobody on the ground. They don’t have the right people.
How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I contacted them through the website and read all their reviews before signing a contract. They had positive reviews on platforms like Clutch and Google, and I saw that they had an office in London. When I asked about it, their CEO said that it wasn’t in operation, as it was just a renting address. It seemed quite dodgy.
During the evaluation process, their business manager shared one of their projects that was quite similar to mine, and it turned out to be for the bank that I use. Unfortunately, they said that they couldn’t share more at the moment because of an NDA, but that would change after I signed the contract. They never showed me the project, so it seems like they claimed worked that wasn’t theirs to get similar projects.
I’ve since discovered that many of their Google reviews were written by their own employees to give them a high rank. There were some negative reviews as well, including on Clutch, that described the same scenario that I went on to experience.
They say that they’re a number-one ranked company in the US and India because of Clutch. This is a plus that gets people to their website, but their reviews are very dodgy. I don’t know how people could give them three stars, let alone the five-star reviews on Clutch. I won’t trust Clutch anymore if I continue seeing those reviews.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent $11,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
I sent them a final email after that, saying that I needed to receive the work within a reasonable amount of time. I’m wasting time. I’ll have to hire someone else to do the work, and I have to proceed with the legal action.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?
They changed project managers 3–4 times and didn’t have good communication skills. I gave them all the details they asked for about the logo and design, but it seemed that the managers never read those documents.
After 3–4 managers, they gave me one that seemed organized. He set up a Dropbox profile and put everything there. After three months, it seemed like things were getting organized, but that manager didn’t follow through. He claimed work that wasn’t done by himself or the team as their own. He also told me they’d made changes on the site, but I couldn’t see them.
I sent an email to their CEO, saying the project was chaotic and for him to step in, but he didn’t respond. I continued chatting with their business manager, and even tried to set up a video call with the CEO, but he never showed up. He’s only had conversations with me on audio calls.
I’m planning to sue Hyperlink InfoSystem and have their reviews investigated. They were very dodgy and didn’t deliver the work they charged for.
How did Hyperlink InfoSystem address the challenges that arose?
They told me that they would give me a voucher for the $11,000 I’d spent that I could redeem for future work. Our contract clearly stated that Hyperlink had to deliver the work they charged for or refund my money, but the CEO said they didn’t have a refund policy.
Also, they share work that wasn’t done by themselves, and they don’t share more information because of NDAs. That’s what they did with me.
Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.
I didn’t have a website six months after starting the project, and they refused to refund my payment. They didn’t have the skillset to accomplish what they promised, so I hired someone else to do the design and then gave it to Hyperlink. They charged me $2,000 for a design they failed to create. It was a struggle from start to finish, and we wound up with nothing.
How was project management handled?
They didn’t have basic project management tools in place. I know companies working in the US that are well-organized and have structures for implementing a project. Hyperlink doesn’t have anything like that.
Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?
Nobody responded to me quickly except for the business manager, and even he couldn’t resolve my issues.
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
My first piece of advice is to give them no more than 5% of the cost at first and then see how the team works. They ask for 40%-50%, but they don’t execute on the refund policy. If they don’t work well, just terminate the contract. Clients should only release payments after they have the deliverables uploaded to their servers.
Secondly, I advise you to read the terms and conditions in the contract carefully. Hyperlink inserts many clauses for their own interests that don’t protect the buyer well. When I reviewed the contract, I asked them to change those statements, and they did, but they still didn’t uphold the terms they agreed to.
My third recommendation is to have a video call with the CEO of the company and discuss the terms and conditions so you’ll have evidence about what was discussed.

Hyperlink InfoSystem is developing a web and mobile app. They use various technologies, including Swift, Java, Node.js, and PHP. The app's main feature is the ability to help users manage their bookings.
Although the team has missed the deadline, Hyperlink InfoSystem is working hard to build a high-quality platform that is free of issues. The team could be more communicative, but overall, the client is satisfied with their work and has commended the skilled developers for doing a good job.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a project coordinator for a rental management platform.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
We needed help with web and mobile app development.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Hyperlink InfoSystem is helping us develop our platform using Swift, Java, Node.js, and PHP. Its main functionality is to help users manage their bookings in hotels, apartments, and chalets. We planned on launching the platform in February 2021, but the team is still developing it. It will be available as a web and mobile app.
What is the team composition?
We work with eight teammates: a project manager, a business analyst, two Android developers, two iOS developers, and a frontend and a backend developer for the web application.
How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
Our owner found Hyperlink InfoSystem.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $25,000–$30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in September 2020 and is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re a team of good developers, and they’ve done a great job. However, they’ve missed the deadlines we set, and we’ve had a lot of delays.
How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?
Unfortunately, they haven’t been able to meet the deadline we set in the project plan. Sometimes the communication is good, but the team is often late to reply to our emails. Additionally, if we schedule a meeting, they postpone it by 1–2 days. They use Asana to manage the project, and we communicate via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Hyperlink InfoSystem is building a fantastic platform. They’re still fixing some issues, but overall, they’ve done a satisfactory job.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could work harder to meet deadlines and improve the application in terms of speed.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be careful and read the contract before signing it. If needed, ask them to adjust some points.

Hyperlink InfoSystem has developed an iOS and Android application for an online learning system. The app has several sections divided into levels and units to help students learn English.
Hyperlink InfoSystem stands out as a supportive and committed partner; they’re willing to help however they can. They’ve solved any issue that has arisen and accommodated the client’s requests. Their team is honest and trustworthy, and their communication is efficient and smooth.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Lewolang. We’ve created an online system and interactive resources for Spanish-speaking people who want to learn English. We currently have eight people working here.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
We have a lot of experience with websites, but we didn’t have much experience with mobile applications. We needed a third party to take care of that.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Hyperlink has supported us with the app’s code, which has been developed for Android and iOS. The server part and design aspects are handled on our side. Hyperlink has focused on the mobile app’s development.
When we began, we had a lot of content on the website and wanted to have that information on the app as well. We sent them all the designs and functionalities that we wanted to be included. The application is focused on students because they’re the ones that want to learn English. It has different sections and is organized by level — every level has 40 units.
We have a vocabulary and grammar section, and there are different exercises for each one. There are two types of activities for vocabulary and six on the grammar side. In the grammar section, the student can also look at the notes provided. Then, there’s another section for phrases and verbs. The last section contains 52 readings divided into levels. The student can read and listen to the reading — there’s a pointer that synchronizes audio with text.
Additionally, all the content can be downloaded by the user for offline work. This was quite a difficult issue, but Hyperlink’s team managed to do it in the end. It took a while and a lot of effort for that specific functionality.
What is the team composition?
As far as we know, there are at least three people. We have a coordinator, an Android developer, and an iOS developer. Apart from them, whenever a problem comes up, they work as a team and ask other people involved in the company to find a solution.
How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
We have some developers here in Spain. However, some of these companies can work either on Android or iOS, or they have more of a hybrid system. India is famous for having good development companies, and with a project like this, we needed to rely on the company that we were going to hire.
We started our search online, and we knew that we wanted to work with a company. We presented our project to four different vendors. Hyperlink answered quickly, and there was good communication between us. There wasn’t a big difference in price, but we decided to hire Hyperlink.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent around $23,000 in total so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began the project in June 2020, and we’re still working with them.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
When we went live with the app, we saw some mistakes. However, Hyperlink was eager and willing to solve any issues that came up. We understood that it was normal, so we didn’t see those issues as something extraordinary. The most important thing was that Hyperlink was there to help. They solved any issue that appeared as soon as possible.
How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?
When we signed the contract, we established deadlines, but they’ve been a bit of a weak point. The project has been delayed for many reasons. In the beginning, when the delays happened, we were a little bit worried, but we didn’t lose our faith in them. Nonetheless, we have had moments of concern, because it was the first time we were working with them. Now we know that we can trust them.
On the other hand, communication between us has been smooth. We either use Zoom or WhatsApp, and they’re very responsive. If we need to speak with the CEO, we can get in touch.
What did you find most impressive about them?
In the end, what counts for us is that they’ve never given us no for an answer. We’ve asked for things that weren’t included in the original project, and they’ve been willing to do them without ever complaining.
For us, this has been valuable because European companies will charge more money for any issue that comes that isn't in the original project, or they won’t want to do it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
If you want to be successful here in Europe, you have to respect timelines and deadlines. If a project is delayed, that's not acceptable here, so it's a bit of a concern. That's something they need to improve, especially at the point when the budget is handed over to the client.
Another weakness is in sending untested versions. Although the client should logically check the correct functioning of the versions, if there are a lot of errors it can give the impression of lax work. In general, people want it done correctly and quickly the first time. Our project is large and complex, so in a way, we accepted that the test versions would have bugs and that we had to be very active in the review process. On the other hand Hyperlink's response in solving the bugs found has always been very fast.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You can be sure that Hyperlink will finish the project. The people are honest and can be trusted, and they are very good professionals. You have to be patient with the deadlines as in this type of project there can be delays not only due to the supplier but also to the client due to errors, changes or ambiguities in the initial project.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CEO and Founder MoviePixels. Our company Movie Pixels works exactly like netflix which is often called as OTT platform. An over-the-top (OTT) media service is a media service offered directly to viewers via the Internet. OTT bypasses cable, broadcast, and satellite television platforms, the types of companies that traditionally act as controllers or distributors of such content. Our app works exactly like other apps but our concept is different.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Hyperlink InfoSystem, and what were your goals?
We wanted a good company who can handle our work and produce a great quality. Our main objective was to compete current OTT platforms which are there in the market. All other OTT platforms work on a different model and we ourselves working on a different model. The goal to hire Hyperlink Infosystem was that they had good experience in developing apps their portfolio was impressive. They had work with many many apps. The sales team was very quick and answered all my queries.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We met them at CES Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas. They had a huge experience in developing similar apps. The price which they quoted compared to other companies was competitive. We spent around 85,000$ which was originally quoted.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We developed the app in android, IOS and Backend. We used Amazon servers for streaming movies. They had a kick off meeting initially and every week we used to schedule calls and discuss the projects progress.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There was a team of 10 developers including designers, Developers, QA, Project managers & account managers. Everyone was very supportive.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have received a funding from investors, Our model is a little different then netflix app which really helped us to get funding. We will launch the app in 2 months.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They used to communicate with me in Jira and Skype. I usually prefer JIra and they didnt had any problem initially they suggested their own tool but i was not comfortable with that.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive about Hyperlink Infosystem is their entire team who works so hard and provides you support whenever needed, Even the CEO Harnil is very supportive. Hyperlink Infosystem team was very honest and professional.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I think maybe if they work on the US Time zone it would have been little faster to accomplish my goals.

Hyperlink InfoSystem used Xcode, Android Studio, Java, Node.js, PHP, CodeIgniter, and JSON to deliver a website, iOS app, and Android app for an online ticketing platform. Now they provide maintenance support.
Hyperlink InfoSystem responded well to feedback after the initial prototype and continues to fix certain aspects of the platform. Although the industry was impacted by COVID-19, the site still has several hundred users. As a result, the client is happy with their services.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of Location Ticket.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I hired them to work on a mobile app and website for an online ticketing platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Hyperlink designed and developed my platform for the web, Android, and iOS. They used Xcode for iOS, Android Studio and Java for Android, Node.js, PHP, and CodeIgniter for the web, and JSON for the API.
After they signed an NDA, I gave them all the information on what I wanted from the project. From there, they created a prototype. Then, I gave them feedback and they developed it further.
On the platform, users can upload pictures and videos to a feed. They can also like, rate, review, and share events with attendees. There’s also a messaging functionality for customers and managers.
At this point, payment is done through bank cards. There’s also a wallet system for cashless withdrawals and deposits.
What is the team composition?
All my requests went through their project manager. I’ve also worked closely with their salesperson, and he also gave me a good service. Other than that, I don’t know how many people were involved.
How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I was told that developers in India are quite good, so I conducted some research and found Hyperlink InfoSystem’s Google profile. After a long conversation, I chose them.
How much have you invested with them?
The project cost is around $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Hyperlink in October 2019, and we’re getting the last few things done now. The project was extended due to COVID-19.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
At this point, I have about 500 users on the platform and at least 40 event managers. I think that it’ll perform much better when events start opening up. We started the project just when COVID-19 started to impact my area. As a result, the platform has been slow to take off.
Still, I’ve received positive feedback from users. We still have to make a few fixes here and there, and Hyperlink InfoSystem is helping me with that.
How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?
It has been a good experience. I’m working closely with their project manager. We use email, we have meetings and chats via Zoom or Skype, and we use Zoho for project management. Since they’re still helping me with a few things, their maintenance services have been great.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their project manager handles things quite well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were a few items in the contract that I needed them to clarify. Other than that, things were okay.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I’ve been in constant communication with them, and I would recommend that any new clients do the same. Once I connect with the project manager, they provide reliable assistance.

Hyperlink InfoSystem was hired to develop a predictive trading app. The app included SMS notifications and third-party integrations. They also helped with logo design and branding.
While COVID-19 impacted further development, the team delivered a quality app. The team at Hyperlink InfoSystem is professional, trustworthy, and attentive. Their customer service approach is also noteworthy.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a company developing a predictive trading app.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I went to them to develop my app.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
I explained to them how I wanted it to work, and Hyperlink InfoSystem developed my app from scratch. They also designed my logo, helped with branding, and consulted me on which technologies to use.
The app has SMS notifications and third-party integrations, and it has an algorithm for calculating the profitability of trades.
Their team developed it for Android. I want to make an iOS version, but I want to get user feedback first.
What is the team composition?
I believe there were 8-10 people involved. All of the team members were presented to me in the beginning. They also had a project manager.
How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I first contacted a UK company, but their price was too high for me. I started looking for more competitive developers online, so I searched and read reviews. Hyperlink InfoSystem was listed as a top company on Clutch.
How much have you invested with them?
The total is around $21,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with them in April 2020, and the first version was finished in August, and I launched it in September.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
During COVID-19, I suspended further development, but they’re currently working on a separate e-commerce project now.
Feedback on their initial work has been good, but I need to gather investments to develop it further.
How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?
Their professional team performed excellently. When I gave them an idea, by the time they finished working on it, it would be even better than what I had in mind at first. They have a good system, and I really commend them.
On top of that, they’re very trustworthy people. With them, it’s not about the money; it’s about integrity. They were very responsive. I received replies to my emails within a few hours, and they called me when necessary. We communicated through email, Skype, and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very professional, consulting the client on how to make a good idea great. They’re also trustworthy when it comes to money. They didn’t take advantage of me just because I was on a different continent, and they have moderate pricing.
Hyperlink InfoSystem gave me the confidence to start a second project with them, which has a higher budget than the first one.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They should make a bigger effort to stick to the timelines.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Hyperlink InfoSystem will do an excellent job, but they’re very busy, so the client has to be patient with them. If they give a two-month estimate, I can expect them to deliver in two and a half months.
With the current project, I asked them to tell me exactly how long it would take.

Hyperlink InfoSystem has developed the MVP of a mobile app product. The solution is for iOS and Android, and they’ve also built out the backend and website.
While the solution hasn’t launched yet, Hyperlink InfoSystem has created the app to spec, working with the client to make any additional improvements or changes. They communicate on a weekly basis and can draw from a pool of resources around the world.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a mobile app startup that I’m launching.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I needed a mobile app to improve my business. After speaking with Hyperlink InfoSystem, we decided to sell the tool to other businesses, so the project progressed into something bigger.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They split my product up into a few different phases to get a small working concept out — I was just expecting a few screens to see how the app would look. Not only did they fulfill that quickly, but they also did the backend work. That allowed me to have a working demo to use in the field.
Since then, we’ve made a lot of improvements, and it’s been a great journey. We’re almost done. We’re going to launch with an Android app, an iOS app, a website, and a backend.
What is the team composition?
Barkha (Business Development Executive) is my main point of contact. I’ve also been talking to a team of less than five: one’s a project manager, and the others are iOS, Android, and backend developers.
How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
Five years ago, I came up with this idea for my business. I designed the specs and went out for bids, asking for requests for quotations (RFQs). The prices that I got back ended up being too expensive. For the amount of money I would’ve spent, I didn’t feel that the return was quite there.
I put the project on the shelf for a couple of years before looking again for developers. At the time, I found Hyperlink InfoSystem on Clutch and went to bid on them along with a couple of other vendors.
It took a lot of time screening everyone, but I found Hyperlink InfoSystem to be very upfront. I asked for a list of clients who I could talk to and spoke with about three of them. Harnil (CEO) also called me, which was impressive. As a result, I felt comfortable sending him the project specs, and he said that they wanted to do the project.
What is the status of this engagement?
My first contact with them was in May 2019, and we’re getting ready to launch. The app could’ve been done a long time ago, but I’ve been constantly making changes to it because I want to integrate as much of my office needs into the app as I can while making it easy for other people to use it, too.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s a big time and money investment to build a mobile app, but Hyperlink InfoSystem has delivered as promised. They’ve actually gone above and beyond my expectations. The deliverables match the specs and project plan we’ve laid out, and we’ve tested them, too.
How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?
We still communicate on a weekly basis. Our teams use Skype to talk, and there’s another tool we use to track all of our communication. There are no problems with the time differences because their people work all over the world.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Hyperlink InfoSystem is a great company to work with and has a lot of experience working with customers from all around the world. Their process works, and they’re very successful — that’s why I chose them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not that I can think of.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Create a product spec with as much information on your product as you can, including screenshots and mock-ups. If you do that, then the first product that they’ll give you will look really good if not better.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Hussle4, an online recruitment company. My business revolves around online recruitment — similar to Upwork and Fiber, it’s a platform that vendors and clients can rely on when looking for or providing specific services.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I needed their team to develop a web application for my company.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve tasked Hyperlink InfoSystem with developing our native web application, which is also iOS- and Android-friendly. I relayed my ideas, documentation, and goals to Hyperlink InfoSystem’s team before they kicked off the initial stages of the web app development and conducted extensive research on their own. I specifically wanted a social media-like feature that would allow our users to post updates and message each other, so their team also considered those functionalities.
Our entire scope of work and timelines have been delayed because of the pandemic, so we’ve slowed down our production. However, we’re now in the process of our pre-launch promotions, and the product is set to go live by the end of this year.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with 4–5 of their resources in total, including a project manager and a coder.
How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?
I found their team via Clutch after searching for potential agencies to partner with. They were the last team I contacted from the shortlist I made, and I chose to go with them because they were a friendly and accommodating team that understood my project requirements well.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started in April 2020, and our partnership is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’ve downloaded the MVP to test it myself, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Hyperlink InfoSystem has integrated all the functionalities that I wanted for our app, and it’s also very easy to update via iOS and Android, so that aspect of user-friendliness is a huge success metric.
How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate via email and text messaging. I’ve built a friendly and trustful relationship with Hyperlink InfoSystem that goes beyond our engagement, and I attribute it to their team’s openness and sincere accommodation of my needs. I can always talk to their team even in matters that don’t concern our project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’ve worked with several service providers before and been in the sales industry for more than 20 years, but only Hyperlink InfoSystem has impressed me with their inclusive and innovative approach. I’ve always felt their team’s genuine understanding of my business and their desire to see me succeed, so I’m always motivated to collaborate with them and proceed to the next level.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think so. We’ve all had to adapt to the COVID-19 situation, and their team has been highly flexible and understanding — everyone onboard has exerted all their best efforts to get everything done.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t hesitate to hire Hyperlink InfoSystem. They’re a professional team that knows all the workarounds in web development and a comfortable and confident partner to work with.
