There was a team of project managers to developers. Total we hired around 25 developers who worked with us 5 days a week. The team was very efficient and they really cared about our mission. It felt good when someone worked like family.

We are happy with the output our apps dont make money its for helping the organization.

I feel Harnil as a CEO talking with us whenever we need him, usually when you work with any organization CEO never plays a major role. Harnil is amazing

No, They are very honest. Sometimes they miss their deadlines due to operational challenges but we are not in a hurry.

I needed a mobile app to improve my business. After speaking with Hyperlink InfoSystem, we decided to sell the tool to other businesses, so the project progressed into something bigger.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

They split my product up into a few different phases to get a small working concept out — I was just expecting a few screens to see how the app would look. Not only did they fulfill that quickly, but they also did the backend work. That allowed me to have a working demo to use in the field.

Since then, we’ve made a lot of improvements, and it’s been a great journey. We’re almost done. We’re going to launch with an Android app, an iOS app, a website, and a backend.

Barkha (Business Development Executive) is my main point of contact. I’ve also been talking to a team of less than five: one’s a project manager, and the others are iOS, Android, and backend developers.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

Five years ago, I came up with this idea for my business. I designed the specs and went out for bids, asking for requests for quotations (RFQs). The prices that I got back ended up being too expensive. For the amount of money I would’ve spent, I didn’t feel that the return was quite there.

I put the project on the shelf for a couple of years before looking again for developers. At the time, I found Hyperlink InfoSystem on Clutch and went to bid on them along with a couple of other vendors. 

It took a lot of time screening everyone, but I found Hyperlink InfoSystem to be very upfront. I asked for a list of clients who I could talk to and spoke with about three of them. Harnil (CEO) also called me, which was impressive. As a result, I felt comfortable sending him the project specs, and he said that they wanted to do the project.

My first contact with them was in May 2019, and we’re getting ready to launch. The app could’ve been done a long time ago, but I’ve been constantly making changes to it because I want to integrate as much of my office needs into the app as I can while making it easy for other people to use it, too.

It’s a big time and money investment to build a mobile app, but Hyperlink InfoSystem has delivered as promised. They’ve actually gone above and beyond my expectations. The deliverables match the specs and project plan we’ve laid out, and we’ve tested them, too.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

We still communicate on a weekly basis. Our teams use Skype to talk, and there’s another tool we use to track all of our communication. There are no problems with the time differences because their people work all over the world.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hyperlink InfoSystem is a great company to work with and has a lot of experience working with customers from all around the world. Their process works, and they’re very successful — that’s why I chose them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not that I can think of.

Create a product spec with as much information on your product as you can, including screenshots and mock-ups. If you do that, then the first product that they’ll give you will look really good if not better.

I needed their team to develop a web application for my company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve tasked Hyperlink InfoSystem with developing our native web application, which is also iOS- and Android-friendly. I relayed my ideas, documentation, and goals to Hyperlink InfoSystem’s team before they kicked off the initial stages of the web app development and conducted extensive research on their own. I specifically wanted a social media-like feature that would allow our users to post updates and message each other, so their team also considered those functionalities.

Our entire scope of work and timelines have been delayed because of the pandemic, so we’ve slowed down our production. However, we’re now in the process of our pre-launch promotions, and the product is set to go live by the end of this year.

I’ve worked with 4–5 of their resources in total, including a project manager and a coder.

I’ve downloaded the MVP to test it myself, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Hyperlink InfoSystem has integrated all the functionalities that I wanted for our app, and it’s also very easy to update via iOS and Android, so that aspect of user-friendliness is a huge success metric.

We communicate via email and text messaging. I’ve built a friendly and trustful relationship with Hyperlink InfoSystem that goes beyond our engagement, and I attribute it to their team’s openness and sincere accommodation of my needs. I can always talk to their team even in matters that don’t concern our project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with several service providers before and been in the sales industry for more than 20 years, but only Hyperlink InfoSystem has impressed me with their inclusive and innovative approach. I’ve always felt their team’s genuine understanding of my business and their desire to see me succeed, so I’m always motivated to collaborate with them and proceed to the next level.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. We’ve all had to adapt to the COVID-19 situation, and their team has been highly flexible and understanding  — everyone onboard has exerted all their best efforts to get everything done.

I’m the founder of a video-based, mobile social media app.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem? 

I engaged Hyperlink to do the mobile app development and a little bit of the design, though I mostly had it in place.

What was the scope of their involvement?

At a high level, the build was done Swift and for iOS only. The backend was supported by AWS and several other services. Regarding key functionalities, there are social networking, video recording and posting, and chat capabilities. 

The design process was iterative. I already had the designs fully baked. As we were going through the development process, we adjusted the designs as needed. 

What is the team composition?

I’ve had communication with Harnil (CEO) and with Deepak (VP of Sales), their business correspondent. On a day-to-day basis on the development, I work with Ashish (Software Engineer). 

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem? 

I’d narrowed down my list of potential options and spoken to a variety of groups. As a side note, I reached out to the head of Clutch about getting assistance, and he coordinated my connection with Hyperlink. 

I interviewed a variety of groups and ultimately decided to move forward with Hyperlink because I enjoyed communicating with Harnil (CEO), as well as their business correspondent. They made a competitive offer and were quick to respond to everything. Their products also seemed legitimate based on the referral conversations I had with their other customers.

We kicked off the project in June 2020, and the project is currently in the beta testing stage. We’ll continue to work with them in the future to refine the application.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve had a very good working relationship with Hyperlink. Obviously, as a side note, COVID-19 has caused complications with the availability of the developers. In all, I’ve been very satisfied. 

In terms of key factors, Hyperlink has been very understanding and accommodating, especially if something needs to be addressed urgently or if we need to hop on a call. I appreciate the dialogue I have with them. 

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

They do have communication tools but they adjusted to what I use best: email, Skype, and Zoom. Email and TestFlight sufficed for adjusting deliverables and delivering commentary on builds, while Skype and Zoom supported daily communication. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They offer a competitive rate with a personal touch.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I take any delays with a grain of salt because of the pandemic. Additionally, delays are always part of the process as the product develops over time. There aren’t any specific, major issues other than making sure everyone is on the same page regarding how changes are implemented. This is probably more on myself than on Hyperlink. Overall, I’ve been satisfied. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re very receptive to jumping if you ask them to. Express yourself if something isn’t going how you want it to. Communicating this information over the phone will also help, as text and instant messaging applications lack context. Hyperlink is more than accommodating.

What challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?

The demand for medicine and injections is rising, and fraudsters take advantage of this situation to sell counterfeit drugs for a higher price. To resolve this issue, we created Zydus Verify to help people identify fake medicines and injections with a unique scratch code to prevent fraud. Considering that India has a huge market for fake medication, i.e., around 30%, this concept could solve this issue by creating an innovative app using the latest technologies.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

The scope was to build a mobile and web solution wherein people can verify their medicines. With IoT solution in second phase. This app enables anyone to authenticate the medicine by scanning its scratch code from the smartphone. This tech will be applied to the company's products Remdac (Remdesivir) and Virafin Injection for now and later be extended to the company's other products as well.

The team includes Android developer, ios developer, web developer, qa person, project manager and account manager.
 

How did you come to work with the vendor?

Hyperlink Infosystem is a well-known IT company in India. They have already worked with several big companies in Ahmedabad, as well as in other parts of India. Their team pitched this concept to our Board members to solve the issue of fake medication by creating an innovative solution. Our Board members were pretty impressed with this concept and agreed to develop an app which is called 'Zydus Verify.' This app authenticates the medicine with a scratch code on packaging in a few simple steps.

We have already completed app and web part. Currently we are developing a IoT solution to add to the platform. It’s a long term project with scope of further enhancement. We’re also in discussion with Hyperlink team for our another project to be a product based.

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed pretty well. They prepared a detailed approach document that was presented in the first meeting itself which assured that they have good knowledge of project and experience in similar projects which made us confident to work with them. Also their project managers are very responsive and helped us very well in exploring and adding innovative way to achieve the project goal.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They give timely responses and show technical knowledge with quick understanding and regular meetings. We have previously worked with other vendors but the main lacking part was response time and continuous involvement. We find Hyperlink team to be consistent in giving their feedback on time and there’s an always weekly meeting held to discuss the progress and next step plan.

Mostly via online searches, cost & reviews were factors I considered.

Kick-off was problematic, as the Project manager did not understand that I was looking to develop a web app (not mobile app). After assigning a new project manager, the project seemed back on track. Design & initial coding was done (I think they outsourced it though) to expectation.

THEN, the 2nd Project manager disappeared. Had NO communication for several weeks, until a new project manager appeared. They told me 2nd project manager went out on maternity leave, then said it was covid (sounded like a lie).

The new (3rd) Project Manager was knowledgeable but did not know he was not to upload code to my GCP server (until the project was finished), thus I ended up with a huge bill from Google, which Hyperlink refused to cover. Now the project has essentially stopped because they are claiming I requested a different payment platform (Stripe, instead of PayPal).

As described above, I only interacted with the 3 different project managers & the Hyperlink Infosys salespeople.

Nothing was delivered. This company is a scam. I spent >$10,000 and have nothing to show for it.

A complete mess! Project managers disappear. Zoho communication tool didn't work, had to use email. Complete Scam. Warning: stay away!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing.

Yes, ensure the Project Manager does not change, and if so, then communicate with the client so you do not waste his time/money!!

We tried to provide the client free development after he posted review on clutch.co though the previous work was not in the scope he threatened us to do the work for free after posting the review on clutch and later on told us that he will update the review once we do this work for free. 

Once we did his entire work he never turned up again we took 100 + followups including me myself CEO + the team leaders he never came again with us. This guy is unprofessional and we would never do business with him again.

Clutch.co should have atleast should have a policy to authenticate the reviews and verify with the vendor and the service provider. This would help Atleast to be fair from both the ends in this case the client has written whatever he wanted to write.

Their skilled developers built our application in such a way that we and our customers needed. The project manager and salesperson replied promptly. They responded whenever I needed it. They kept trust with us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had some miscommunication issues with the AWS server team they had. We didn’t get the expected outcome from them. We didn’t always get the expected response on time, but it’s going smoother now. There were a lot of delays because of the holidays.

I don’t have any objection against them. My experience with them is very good. I expect the relationship with them to continue. For others, I advise them to have the project done with their developers.

There wasn’t anything I asked them to do in the payment card industry compliance or know-your-customer services spaces that they couldn’t pull off. We didn’t always have a direction for the app because we don’t have technical backgrounds. In those cases, they’d provide us with guidance.

We provided them with a vision of what we wanted to achieve as a business, how we wanted the app to operate, our business variables, and legal necessary valuables. In return, they provided us with all of the third-party solutions we’d be working with, such as AWS.

They were phenomenal, which is why I chose to leave them a review. I wanted to go out of my way to do this because we asked them for the world, and they gave us a whole universe.

We were very ambitious about our requirements and are still working with them. We’re now on our second contract with them for another application. They were very dynamic in their responses. We needed a very robust database for analytics, which they created superbly. They were familiar with developing social media and compressing data, which impressed us as well.

They made the process very easy and were sure to include us in the process along the way. We were hands-on with them the whole time. Even if we had feedback on things we didn’t agree upon, they were very responsive and accommodating. Everyone I did business with was passionate and a pleasure to work with. At times, it felt like this was their own project. The quality they provided was phenomenal, addressing every single one of our comments and concerns. 

My previous experience with another vendor left us disappointed but Hyperlink InfoSystem was an absolute dream come true. 

They developed what we wanted, but we will be rebranding this particular app. Now, we’re working on a different product with them.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

The project manager was a pleasure to work with. I could call them in the middle of the night with concerns while the app was live, and they’d answer their phone. That speaks to their work ethic. They were always available and had no off days.

When we started working together, I told them I wanted to use WhatsApp. They immediately understood and adopted it with their whole team for our work together. and it’s what their whole team used to communicate with me through. We can call them late at night with no complaints on their end. They apologize it wasn’t right the first time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Not only did they provide excellent work, but I felt I made friends. I felt that I was working with people who cared about me and had the best interest of my business and employees at heart. That’s something money can’t buy. I’ve worked with some pretty big companies but have never enjoyed a collaboration as much as I have with Hyperlink InfoSystem.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They only need to expand their operations. Whoever is in charge of the vision deserves applause. I haven’t worked with anyone there who wasn’t full of energy, super positive, or super cooperative. I wish they had offices in my country.

If you’re on Clutch right now looking at companies, stop wasting your time and work with Hyperlink InfoSystem. Even if you aren’t thinking about making an app or website, I still recommend reaching out and considering opportunities with them.

I searched for top-rated app developers in India, which I know has significantly lower prices than Norway. Hyperlink InfoSystem ended up at the top of many of my searches, so I sent them a message. They responded really professionally, and they were inexpensive.

I sent a really open inquiry to different companies. The other companies were talking about big plans, and they came back to me within 2–3 days with a really good proposal.

Their first proposal was really good, and they answer my messages and calls at all times. It feels as though they’re online all the time.

I don’t know whether this is to do with my project manager or with the company as a whole, but I’d appreciate getting feedback on a weekly basis on what they’ve done and where they are in the process. During the development of the idea, we provided the flow we wanted in the application and by discussing it with the Hyperlink team, they quickly understood the requirements and provided a satisfactory proposal. In addition to the main platform (app for Android and IOS) a Website in going to be develop with exactly the same features of the app.

What was the team composition?

A very well structure team was assign to our project. Starting with the sales process, they were always cordial and willing to help us with our needs. At this stage a BA was also involved to understand the requirements.

During the development there was a PM who was the direct contact during the whole process. The team of developers had Designers, Sr. programmers, Sr. web developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far, each of the project stages has been achieved with satisfactory results. The design of the application was well perceived by the first customers and the flow of the application is adjusted to what we wanted. Likewise, the prototypes and website have been well developed and delivered in the established time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Hyperlink assigned to our project a team specialized in each of the necessary areas to obtain the development of a top application. Starting from the design stage, we were satisfied with the results and delivery times.

During development, there was excellent communication between the teams and that helped us to improve our final product more and more. Hyperlink also provide great support and the team is always available to answer any question.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed with the ease of understanding from the first moment. Hyperlink fully understood what we were looking for and quickly defined each of the functions and modules needed for our application. His understanding and experience in application development is broad and that was fundamental in our project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

All work up to this point has been excellent! We definitely hope to have a long-term relationship with Hyperlink and it will be without doubt our first option to develop future projects.
