I'm the founder of a construction company. We build homes and apartment buildings.

We had users coming to us asking for certain property types and decided we needed to create an operations manual. We needed a solution and contacted Hyperlink InfoSystem to develop a mobile application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem has developed a mobile application for iOS and Android devices. On our app, users can log in and see different apartment options and different colors. Hyperlink InfoSystem has delivered a test version of our app, and our website is under development.

What is the team composition?

I have worked with around 12 teammates from Hyperlink InfoSystem.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I found Hyperlink InfoSystem on Google while searching for development companies.
How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $93,000–$95,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Hyperlink InfoSystem in September 2023, and our engagement is about to be complete. However, I plan to extend our partnership with Hyperlink InfoSystem and request more features.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem has delivered an app that allows me to attract more buyers and sellers to my platform. I've received more sellers who are interested in our app. The app is in test mode and is about to go live, but I want to add more features.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem delivers work on time and on time, keeping me updated through every stage of the project.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to highlight the development team's work since they've done a great job. The developers appointed to this project have built a streamlined application.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Hyperlink InfoSystem can improve.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I recommend working with Hyperlink InfoSystem for development projects. The team follows standard matters and takes care of each stage, updating clients throughout the project. Hyperlink InfoSystem is a good company.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO of Grocery Gallop, a company I founded with my partner, Rebecca; we're both the owners. In my position, I basically run the business.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

Before having this company, I was also the owner of a grocery market. In my experience, I noticed that customers tend to order items for home delivery. Based on that, I had the idea of approaching customers with a new platform they could use to reach out to us easily.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem has helped us develop an iOS and Android app. Our original idea was to create this platform as an online grocery ordering and delivering tool, not as a product specifically for a single supermarket. Although we initially intended to create a mobile app, we've added a web development part to the project as well. Currently, they're developing the website for us, and their team has added a few customizations to the platform, too.

What is the team composition?

Initially, I was in contact with Darshan (VP of Business Development). However, since the development process started, there have been 6–7 teammates involved in the project.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We had already reached out to a couple of companies to help us with this project, but we were unable to find a local developer to assist us because they were very costly. At the time, my partner had less time than me to do proper research because she was still running a business on her own. However, I had recently sold my grocery market, so I had time available to choose the best available company.

Eventually, I found Hyperlink InfoSystem and contacted them. After two or three months of discussing the project with them and other UK- and India-based companies, I liked Hyperlink InfoSystem's approach the most, so we went with them.

How much have you invested with them?

For the first project, the iOS and Android app, I paid them around $38,000. For the website development project, Hyperlink InfoSystem has provided me with a quote of around $18,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since around May 2023. Our engagement will continue for around three more months, according to what they've informed us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I've met with my partner and a few friends, and they've all liked this platform. According to the prototype and everything Hyperlink InfoSystem has done, most of the functionality we wanted has been implemented. We have tried the platform ourselves and feel that it'll be very good. We're about to launch the first phase of the project, the iOS and Android app, and I think it will be a good product for this market because Helsinki has many grocery stores.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

As for budget management, we've spent more than $50,000 to date, but Hyperlink InfoSystem is managing it very well. Their team has guided us through each and every stage of the project, so their project management has been very good overall.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I would like to congratulate Darshan. He's a good person with great knowledge of our business. He has been invested in this product concept, providing me with different ideas and approaches to improve my idea.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hyperlink InfoSystem has great knowledge of these types of concepts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Hyperlink InfoSystem could improve on. I haven't faced a bad experience with them, and overall, everything has been very good.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I can strongly recommend working with Hyperlink InfoSystem. Currently, my focus is to launch this app, so I haven't recommended them yet.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder of a company that provides home maintenance services in Brisbane, Australia. I started my company in 2022.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We needed Hyperlink InfoSystem's support to develop our platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Hyperlink InfoSystem provided me with detailed documentation. The team first shared estimates and a detailed scope that explained the platform we wanted to build. Hyperlink InfoSystem also provided a software requirements specification (SRS) document during development. I'm discussing working with Hyperlink InfoSystem for maintenance and support and adding more features.

We've hired a marketing team to promote our platform once Hyperlink InfoSystem completes it. The team has completed the first development phase and has started the second phase this month. The platform isn't live yet because we've requested Hyperlink InfoSystem to add more features, which they're currently working on. The app will be available for iOS and Android devices.

What is the team composition?

We work with four full-time developers and a project manager.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I had this idea for several years but decided to start the project in 2022. I searched for service providers in Australia and other Asian countries, including Bangladesh. However, I didn't receive a satisfactory response from the companies I contacted.

A friend recommended I hire an Indian development company because he found good-quality developers. I searched for Indian companies and found Hyperlink InfoSystem. I liked their response and the details provided. The team understood my requirements quickly because they might have done this type of project in the past.
How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $75,000 on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with Hyperlink InfoSystem in July 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I've received a positive response from friends and investors with whom I've shared the platform. The investors have promised me funding once we complete the platform's development. Hyperlink InfoSystem's SRS document has made the development process quick.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem delivers work on time. Initially, the team had scoped to finish the first development phase in 6–8 months and completed it in seven months. Hyperlink InfoSystem's communication is good through daily meetings, and the team is constantly available to speak with me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with Hyperlink InfoSystem's grasping speed. During development, I've added requirements to the scope and always received a quick response from the team. Hyperlink InfoSystem provides suggestions and alternatives to my requirements that are cost-effective for my business and would help my users. The team's understanding speed and suggestions are always good for my business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Hyperlink InfoSystem needs to improve. The development process is good.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's team is very active and provides quick responses. I recommend that potential customers be available during the development project and ensure they have the time to respond to the team. Another advice I can give is to provide quick feedback on Hyperlink InfoSystem's work so they can complete the task on time. I'm available every week to provide input to the team, which has been helpful during development.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO of a company that makes IoT medical devices. Our devices communicate with an app that users can download and get data from the device.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We needed to develop a mobile application for our medical IoT device. I had the idea during the COVID-19 pandemic to build a device that reminded users to take their medicines.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we provided Hyperlink InfoSystem with detailed documentation of what we required. We've also given the team information about our hardware and chip to help them understand what we needed. Our hardware device tracks data and sends it to the mobile app, which is built for iOS and Android devices. Hyperlink InfoSystem has also built a website where users can subscribe to get email notifications if they don't have a mobile device.

Our device has seven boxes in the hardware for each day of the week for users to store their medicines, and the device sends reminders to users when they have to take their medicines. As soon the user takes the medicine out of the box, the mobile app records they've taken the medicine. The team has completed our application, and we'll work with them on two additional projects. Hyperlink InfoSystem has also supported hardware development by programming chips we bought from China.

Hyperlink InfoSystem is helping us get our device approved by the US Food and Drug Administration since we need specific approval from the US government to sell our device in the country. The device has already been approved by the UK government.

What is the team composition?
We've worked with around 8–9 developers from Hyperlink InfoSystem, although our requirements have varied over the months, I only needed two developers for a few months.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I found Hyperlink InfoSystem through a Google search and read their reviews on Clutch. I approached a couple of service providers from the UK, the US, and India. I chose Hyperlink InfoSystem because of their cost-effective solutions. The team called me quickly after I approached them and provided a quote within 48 hours after our call.

Additionally, Hyperlink InfoSystem is an app development company that has in-house IoT developers as well, with a team of 10–12 developers. We could've worked with one company for app development and another for IoT development, but we found both capabilities in Hyperlink InfoSystem.
How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around $130,000–$140,000 on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with Hyperlink InfoSystem since June 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our device has been approved by the UK government for commercialization in that country. We've also received funding, which is a huge success. Hyperlink InfoSystem has developed an app that works amazing, and the chips work well, too. The data sent from our device to the app is terrific. The entire Hyperlink InfoSystem team has done a great job and helped us achieve our vision.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem is very responsive and has excellent communication with us; even on the weekends, the team has responded to me. We use Jira to collaborate. Hyperlink InfoSystem's project manager and escalation manager help escalate my requirements and return to me quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm mostly impressed that Hyperlink InfoSystem offers several IT solutions altogether because I approached a couple of app development companies that didn't have an IoT development team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Hyperlink InfoSystem can improve. They're a good company, and I'm very happy with our engagement.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I suggest potential customers trust Hyperlink InfoSystem blindly, and they won't need to worry about them.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CEO of Yorcart, an e-commerce platform. I have different providers listed in my platform, through which they can sell their products. On the other side, customers can download our app, on which they can find different products and place an order to purchase them.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I needed help creating my e-commerce app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem has been helping me create my app. Initially, I provided them with my ideas, and they set up a call to explain the whole process of transforming these ideas into an app. Their team gave me very good suggestions on things I hadn't thought of when ideating this project.

Since then, Hyperlink InfoSystem has been helping me create this app for both iOS and Android platforms.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact from Hyperlink InfoSystem is the project manager. Besides the project manager, I also work with an Android developer, an iOS developer, a backend developer, and a tester.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

When I had this idea in mind, I started looking for many different companies on Google, where I found Hyperlink InfoSystem. I found good reviews for them, so I trusted them and decided to send them a request with my idea. Then, I had a call with a salesperson from their team and had a good feeling about them. They easily understood my project, so I hired them.

How much have you invested with them?

I've spent around $60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I've been working with Hyperlink InfoSystem since 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with Hyperlink InfoSystem, I've received good support and great solutions. When I started this particular business, I didn't have much of an idea about the technology available and how we could execute this app. Nonetheless, Hyperlink InfoSystem has provided me with great suggestions, which have made my app a good product that's now available in the market.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's project management is very good. They use Jira for project management, where they create sprints and tasks. Thus, I always have an idea about what their team is working on and when it will be done. Whenever I raise questions or queries, I get an answer within 24 hours, and I always get a satisfying answer.

Their team has achieved almost all the timelines set. Whenever they don't meet a timeline, they always give me a valid reason. Some of those delays have depended on third-party technologies we've also implemented in our platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's main value is the suggestions they've provided to make my app much better than I thought. I'm not a technical person, so I don't have much idea of how to use technology to create the features I want. In that regard, they're great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing Hyperlink InfoSystem could improve on. I've never faced any issues with them, and overall, they're doing very well.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Work with them. You just need to give them your idea, and they will execute it.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the co-founder of a healthcare company founded in 2016. We have a clinic where we provide nutrition and physical therapy services for patients. We have an in-house team of doctors.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we couldn't reach our patients because of the pandemic restrictions. We thought about creating a platform so our patients could do the exercises in their homes. We needed help to create a custom mobile application that people could use directly on their phone or smartwatch.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem supports us in the design and development of our custom mobile application. The app will collect the patients' data regarding medicines and incorporate exercise guidelines. We've asked Hyperlink InfoSystem for the app to measure the users' activities during exercise, and our in-house doctors act as coaches and monitor the users' progress. We've requested a video call functionality so patients can speak with our medical team through the app.

What is the team composition?

I work with five teammates from Hyperlink InfoSystem, including a project manager, two developers, a software architect, and an account manager who manages invoicing and provides sales support. We also work with other teammates, including server engineers and graphic designers, who assist us when needed.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We contacted various service providers in the US, Europe, Japan, and India and shortlisted them according to their work quality. We analyzed the service providers' portfolios and had a limited budget, so this was an important reason for choosing Hyperlink InfoSystem since the budget provided by other service providers was too high for us. We also noticed Hyperlink InfoSystem's team was mature and capable of delivering our solution when they showed us their previous work in the medical industry.
How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around $35,000–$37,000 on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Hyperlink InfoSystem in October 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem hasn't launched the mobile application yet, but we're satisfied with their work. This project is a new venture for our company since we aren't technical professionals, and the team offers good technical support and guidance. The team has good design and development processes and follows our data.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem delivers work on time. The team plans to finish the app in the first week of May, and so far, all tasks have been delivered according to our timeline. We've had some delays on our end because of payments, and we couldn't keep Hyperlink InfoSystem's team waiting for 4–5 days. This instance has caused a delay in our project; however, after we sourced the issue with our bank, the team provided all the necessary resources to work on our project.

Hyperlink InfoSystem works within our budget, and when we had some scope changes that increased the original quote, the team explained the increase appropriately. We communicate with the team via Skype and WhatsApp, who provide updates every ten days or whenever they have relevant progress to share. Hyperlink InfoSystem are good speakers and communicators. The team always knows what they want to ask and have direct communication with us.

Hyperlink InfoSystem's project manager has good technical knowledge and offers support in that area, providing technical suggestions. I talked to project managers from other companies who are only dedicated to planning work, and Hyperlink InfoSystem's project manager provides technical help, too. He has excellent listening skills.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's technical knowledge is impressive. The team has good leaders who offer good suggestions and technical support.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Hyperlink InfoSystem can improve. I haven't noticed any lack in their processes.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I've already recommended Hyperlink InfoSystem to a colleague in Honduras who has an automobile business and needs to create a website. I suggested he be clear about his requirements with Hyperlink InfoSystem so the team could provide accurate quotations and timelines. If the client isn't clear about the requirements, the project will be a hassle.
