We hired Hustler to help us with the custom integration to Klaviyo and setup email flows, campaigns, and automation. The ultimate goal was to create a well of new subscribers using our current content and own our audience with the intention of transitioning email to being managed in-house.

Grew our subscriber base from 13,000 to over 100,000 subscribers within the first year and now maintaining greater than 1,000 new subscribers each week. Create campaign and flow revenue consistency of around 30% weekly gross sales.

All of the projects that we worked on together were well-managed and communicated. The use of Asana in combination with our weekly to later biweekly meetings meant that we were never dissappointed.

We went through an audit call where an account strategist scoped out gaps and room for improvement in our existing email strategy. After signing up, they prepared a design guideline for emails for us in consultation with us. They began by setting up 3 foundational flows over the next 2-6 weeks. They created the emails from scratch, conceived the strategy and the angle & produced templates. There were be regular discussions between our teams during the entire time using Slack, and we tracked the project using Asana at times.

We worked with an account manager, a creative designer, a copywriter, a Klaviyo expert and from time to time, we also had inputs from the CEO and other senior staff from the team.

They helped achieve better deliverability by working on spam control, IP warming, and many other technical and backend interventions to help our sending reputation.

They've been pivotal in our email strategy for the past 2 years and created our flows and templates from scratch. I was hired right after Huster was onboarded, seeing as I was new, and they were still new, this could have caused a lot of confusion. Luckily, Hustler had an amazing project manager, Brenda, who kept everything extremely organized and provided top-notch work from the get-go. With the help of her team, Brenda presented emails and copy that I would go through and tweak or approve to be sent out. This saved me time to work with other vendors and helped me to guide them to what our brand voice was.

As I've mentioned before, we are a small team. I oversee most of marketing by myself. Having a competent team from Hustler to handle copy, graphic design, flow generation, and everything beyond has been an absolute relief.

I'm big into Google Analytics, I feel as though it tells a good story as to what areas should be tweaked and focused on. Email was always a high converting channel for us, so we knew whomever we hired to help needed to be amazing to keep it that way. I'd like to share our November (BFCM) improvements in our email channel compared to last year. I believe these results are in large part because of our amazing Hustler team.

Here are some key outcomes comparing November 2020, to November 2021:

• We doubled the number of users coming to our site from email.
• Our conversion rate from email went from 6% to almost 10%.
• We saw a 68% increase in revenue.

There have been many specific instances where Brenda and her team impressed us, in fact, it almost happens daily. But their entire execution of BFCM stands out in my mind.

Great! The whole team has been adaptable to whatever works for us. We have an awesome flow right now that saves me valuable time and ensures all campaigns look great.

They have the ability to communicate amazing emails to our customers while sounding like our company. We have worked with other vendors before, and they struggled to get this component down. Hustler nailed it from the beginning.

Nope! I've actually made other vendors mimic Hustler's communication style since it works so well.

We have seen our open rates nearly double through smarter segmentation and overall gains in every flow we have in place. Hustler has also shown a willingness to go above and beyond our initial scope of conversations. They are super consistent and we recommend them.

We conduct weekly calls to keep great communication and talk through future projects. The workflow has been very smooth with very little information slipping between the cracks. We use a combination of Zoom, Google Sheets, and Trello.

We think the current pricing is fair and we've been impressed by our account manager. Rafaella does a great job and she always seems positive, even when tough projects are thrown her way.

We'd like to see more along the lines of continual flow optimization and bring new ideas in the world of e-mail marketing to each discussion.

Constant improvement in our % of revenue coming from email mkt, results over time: - For our watch brand we went form 11% to 29% of steady email revenue - For our baby and toddler brand from 14% to 25% and still growing

Constant communication on Skype chat, occasional Skype strategy calls, weekly and monthly metric reporting. Can't complain.

Email marketing now makes up ~30-40% of our revenues which is a great improvement for us. Just sending emails on a consistent basis is a huge step forward and they are always on top of their game.

Flows, campaings and content were establish very carefully in order to understand customer decision journey and providing best experience and offer best offer. From the content wise we have amazing new education tuttorials for customers, where they started to trust us more and educate themselves more in field of healthy life. Flows are created carefully in order to motivate customer to try our products, keeping her in loop, motivating them to keep up healthy life and variety of different products. Campaings are prepared in advance with all the time great reason to adress customers, weekends offers, monthly and special days are covered. New ideas are coming every week and based on numbers it is working great. Segmentations are done very precise and makes customer feel unique.

It was great communication between project manager Augustinas with the rest of my team trough skype. Comunication was smooth, very professional and open to suggestions and ideas.

Company based mentality consist from A/B testing and lot of creativity is seeked on daily bases. Here comes best part. I love their dedication from Hustlermarketing of A/B testing, searching new approaches, sending great reports, teaching us what is working and why or what is not working and why. We are growing together and learning on daily bases how to adress, segment, touch point, engage, content, activate and make customer enjoy in our emails.

After 2 months our content not just enriched but it escalated into great areas with such a great creativity. Parting from great content on email marketing our sales followed tremendously and increase above planned expectations and looking forward how much it can grow in 11 different markets.
