I am the general manager at Fintech company wich has 3 products offered to clients from Forex and Crypto world.

We hired HumanCheck for hiring purposes. Due to war in Ukraine, we had to look for candidates from other countries where we do not have an established hiring process and list of candidates, so we had to hire a few agencies to help us find staff.

We hired a few companies at the same time, but HumanChecks provided us with the best selection of candidates

Our hiring process includes HR interview, technical task and technical interview with candidates. HumanCheck was very supportive in this process, and very responsive which is of biggest importance both for us and for candidates.

Vadim and Diana were sending us CVs and contact details. After initial review of candidates, they were scheduling us initial interviews, forwarded technical tasks and scheduled technical interviews with candidates.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We managed to find an experienced developer within our budget and the agency fee was also affordable for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication with Vadim and Diana was great, straightforward. They were very responsive and supportive throughout the entire process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very professional company, with a good selection of candidates. We interviewed several candidates and hired the best one, but others were also very solid

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Keep up with good work. HumanCheck is not the cheapest solution on the market, but for the value they provide, it is worth working with them.

We discussed all the important things for us, provided as much information as possible, what kind of people we need. Then the recruiter provided us with candidates for consideration, with whom we met at the interview and only then decide on further cooperation with the candidate. All candidates are currently undergoing internships, but will already perform well in the company and have joined our team well.

The vendor found the matched candidates very fast. They didn't provide us with candidates that are not on our requirements list.

We used mostly the Gmail communication and Zoom meeting for status.

They had an excellent filtering process.
