We faced the challenge of transforming a highly analog heritage process into a digital product. We collaborated with Human Deluxe from the very beginning, working with them to create the first prototype to validate our idea. Following this, we iteratively developed the branding, marketing website, and the digital product together. Human Deluxe took the lead in designing and developing the brand, website, and product—a web app. The coding for the web app was handled by our in-house development team.

Our agency collaborated closely with the internal team to adjust and apply the uplifted brand guidelines, while also offering strategic and creative directions for the website’s overall look and feel. This involved both refreshing the user experience and aligning it with the updated branding.

1. Design System Development:

1. Audit and analysis: Conducted an audit of existing brand elements and identified inconsistencies, areas for improvement, and gaps within the brand assets.
