I’m the founder of Arabesque Artistry and have developed a range of products which I have launched as a side business. Including scented candles perfume all around the ever so known oudh scent.

The fact they were so honest, it wasn’t about money it was about helping put right the mess and help me get back onto track.

We had an initial kick off meeting to discuss potential work that needed to be done. My requirements and the length of time it would take. Also I was sent professional timelines and presentations of exactly what was being done so I was kept in the loop of everything.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I was set up with the most expensive hosting, ssl and all sorts. However Hukkmat redesigned my whole website speeding up the rate it’s loading, changing ssl and hosting and overall helping me save costs and allowing my site to look and function reasonably well. They also help in maintaining my site and keep me up to date with updates, security, renewals and creating/deleting/managing my pages.

I was given regular updates in a what’s app group that was created. I was also sent regular emails of updated presentations and pdf documents presenting the work that had been completed. I was also given an online portal which had all my tasks on there and updates as to what task had been done and what’s pending.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm impressed by their efficiency and knowledge of the work they carry out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing really comes to mind. But I must say I have continued to work with them on multiple other aspects such as marketing, social media etc.
