I am the co-founder of a marketing agency for fintech mortgage lenders.

For what projects/services did your company hire Case Design Studio, and what were your goals?

I was looking for a professional brand designer who could create a brand identity that is memorable yet simple.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed and analyzed the portfolios of over ten brand designers and decided to go with Case Design Studio.

They did extensive research and interviews with the management team and a couple of their customers. Once they had everything they needed they went on and created three concepts which were later presented to the stakeholder. We had one of the concepts approved and then they spent the next week working on our other deliverables such as brand pattern, stationery, social media cover & profile photos. In the end, they wrapped everything in a well-documented Brand Book.

I worked directly with the founder, a Senior Brand Designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the project was over we saw an increase in our reach on social media thanks to the new creatives we were able to create. We had great feedback from our clients, partners, and collaborators.

The communication was very easy and always on time. We used Slack and Zoom to stay on track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They truly understood our clients and could deliver projects quickly because we don't have to go through revisions. They will deliver exactly what you're looking for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of. Everything went smoothly.

SeeYouGo is a travel and events agency company specialised in the organisation of bachelors and bachelorettes weekends for french customers all over Europe. We sell packages including accommodation, activities and flight tickets.

We needed to change our branding with a new logo and graphic design. We wanted something more modern with a logo which could represent our company values and identity.

I've seen his work on Dribble and contacted him immediately.

From the beginning the conversation was very smooth. He asked me about my company identity to understand what I wanted to show to my customers. Then he sent a form with several questions about the company and the branding we wanted to go with. Then we talked by email to specify some details. Then we received different version of design and logo before the final delivery.

Only one person worked with us. He is a graphic design.

The new branding changed our image on social medial and website. It's clear for our customers to understand what we sell and what we represent. We had a lot of great feedback on the new branding, thanks to them.

We started the project with a customer form to understand our vision. Then we communicate through emails.

I liked the fact that they could deliver something as we wanted. They also took in consideration all our concerns.

We were impressed by his previous work. Communication was very fast and fluent.

Beautiful logo. We used it immediately in our communication and the reactions were great.

More out of the box suggestions for other creative usage of the logo maybe.
