We had daily stand-ups with their team. They communicated very well and were particularly very responsive whenever we had questions. We used email and WhatsApp as our main channels of communication.

A lot of vendors said that it was absolutely impossible to create a brand new progressive web app from scratch within 4 weeks. Huex was the only team that confidently said that they can develop one with such short notice and a tight timeline. They didn't just say this. There were a few bugs on the website when we first launched. But they were very quick to fix it as soon as we let me know.

We had interviewed multiple agencies for this work as our timelines were aggressive and budget was tight. And we wanted to ensure the website adheres with all the design standards and it can relay in the information by having more graphical content and not too much text.

We were then told about HUEX Studio by one of our partners and after interviewing them and looking at their past projects, we decided to go with them. We are fully satisfied with the work they did on our website and would come back to them for other mobile app development work as well knowing their bench strength.

They also migrated the new Wordpress site on to our existing GoDaddy hosting account that was hosting our old website. That helped to ensure the user access links didn't change and the analytics are setup.

The User Experience & User Interface Design is impressive, and everyone loves it. We pitched to a few potential investors and got positive responses; It gives our team more confidence and energy.

We were able to communicate with the team anytime, any day. When we were confused, they helped us to find the right solutions. Even they are from Sri Lanka; They were able to design and develop the German language: it impressed our team and saved us from hiring another set of people.

Everything went smoothly; the team is very responsive and listens well to the small details I mention. So the way things worked gives them the impression of acting like a professional and focusing on it.

But the project was under-scoped, and about one month into the project, they realized it would take more hours than they originally planned. Rather than throwing it back on us, they leaned into it because of our existing relationship but also because they realized that they underestimated based on a lot of assumptions they'd made.

They showed to be partners in that situation and wanted to work together.
