I suppose the work could have been completed faster, but there was som turnover in personnel so a little longer time frame and to get things right was worth it.

We hired huemor to make our website functional again and to provide ongoing development and maintenance services. This involved rebuilding our website so that we only used one wordpress page builder rather than the 3 our website used at the time. Due to years of legacy technology and piecemeal updates, many pages were also prone to breaking and weren't easily updatable. We hired huemor to remedy all of these issues and to provide ongoing support and development across the site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They successfully completed our biggest major project without issue: completely rebuilding the website using their own pagebuilder. This has completely changed how we're able to make website updates and have completely eliminated page breaking issues, improved overall website performance, and most importantly have been enabled us to make key website changes moving forward.

HUEMOR delivered everything on time, and the project was managed excellently. If there were delays, they were on our end. We made quite a few changes and added quite a bit of extra work onto the project and they were flexible with us while prioritizing things appropriately to keep the project moving forward.

Huemor's dedication to making sure they followed through on their half of the bargain despite numerous speedbumps and route changes was nothing short of spectacular.

The scope of work was to redesign our current website into a better functioning, more aesthetically pleasing, and more professional website.

The project management was pretty rocky at the beginning and throughout the development of the website. The project ended up taking much longer than originally mapped out. There were also several aspects of the design that never got completed. 

We have now gone in a different direction since it didn't look like those were going to be completed. Ongoing since the initial new website development the project management has been better and we have enjoyed working with the team more on a support basis than the development aspect of the project.

I thought the structure was well organized. I enjoyed working with our account and project manager and have always felt like I had the support access I needed.
