Huboxt provided comprehensive technological development and consultation services to support the development and refinement, and launch of a mobile application consisting of a self-assessment and service‐referral platform for dementia family caregivers (the “CarePair” platform). This initiative is part of the National Institute on Aging-funded R00 project led by Dr. Falzarano, whose primary goal is to establish the feasibility and acceptability of a digital tool that links family caregivers to tailored community and formal care resources.

Huboxt’s exceptional professionalism and highly efficient project management are truly unmatched, making this one of the most outstanding collaborations I have ever been a part of.. They consistently delivered key milestones—such as front-end wireframes, back-end database configurations, and iterative prototype refinements—ahead of schedule and consistently worked to improve and enhance the final product. They are extremely receptive to feedback with transparent and open (and consistent) communication channels. The team proactively sought clarification when needed and promptly incorporated feedback into each project phase. As a result, any necessary adjustments or changes were addressed in a timely manner, ensuring that the project stayed on track and aligned with our evolving needs.

I am the CEO and Chief Technical Lead Team (up to 10 people) is engaged in the creation of products based on data and data consulting. We create value for clients by accompanying the client at all stages of working with data, from data collection to consulting and product development.

Until recently, we worked in the local market, but now there is an urgent need to expand our positioning. The Huboxt helped us not only with the site but also with the formation of the brand and positioning.

How did you select Huboxt and what were the deciding factors?

We used the recommendations of old colleagues. It was easy to communicate with Huboxt, the guys are proactive and their plan correlated with our ideas a lot.

We had a kick-off meeting where we discussed our vision and high-level goals. After guys at Huboxt proposed a few versions of initial UI, mostly related to styles, fonts, base structure, brand itself.

Then, after approval at our end, agreed first milestone and deadlines, they started implementing initial page and at the same time working at content, analyze competitors and discussing progress with us in iterative manner After implementing and deploying first stage, we provided feedback and improvements which Huboxt took into account and started the second final stage.

During that stage, there was few nice UI ideas proposed by Huboxt team, which we liked and approved In the end, we got a nice landing page, UI kit and brand book

We had communication 2 times a week. There were short shifts in deadlines within the project, but I felt that everything was under control because the communication was clear and timely

Huboxt is a modern new wave company without a lot of decision-making levels and bureaucracy Our ideas and improvements were picked up and processed in a timely manner. They were flexible and open-minded.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In my project, everything was at a high level, I have nothing to add to the guys in terms of growth

Digital Notion is a technology and a performance marketing company that works with data to engage customers through various marketing channels using smart technology.

What challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?

We hired Huboxt with a goal to create a data and marketing platform to automate our lead processing business which was previously all done manually. There were multiple components to the marketing platform which Huboxt delivered on.

Huboxt conceptualized, designed, developed and launched our marketing platform all from scratch.

What is the team composition?

The team consisted of a few developers and other supporting roles. From the client’s point of view, there was only one point of contact.

How did you come to work with the vendor?

We found Huboxt on Clutch. After reading their reviews, talking to the owner, and getting an idea of how they operate, they were clearly the first choice. Bogdan was very knowledgeable about the technology and after the first design we knew we wanted to work together.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2020, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

So far, the platform is still under development with more improvements to come. That being said, it has already started to generate revenue with only the first version.

Huboxt’s work will go a very long way to improve our business as well as other marketing businesses that may find this platform useful.

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

This project came in a few different phases. Huboxt was able take our idea and turn it into a design. From there, we established three major parts of the projects to be developed. They were able to complete one after the other and deploy in into production.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to take an idea and turn it into reality stood out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

My only recommendation would be to have more than one point of contact if the main contact is not available. Most communication was swift even with one point of contact.

Contact to Huboxt we got from a Headhunter. We had a few options and decided to choose Huboxt. In our project direct and continously contact with development team was very important.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

First impression is very good. Web is looking really modern and profesionall. Everythink works smoothly. User interface - easy and friendly. Showing items on multiple screens, reorder items by drag and drop and color themes are perfect. Saving and loading views as templates saves a lot of time. Good job!

In our weekly meetings we were discussing all issues from last week and planning in details tasks for a next week. For online task management we used "Trello" Comunication tool: emails, phone calls, skype, zoom, Google Meet and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very creative and engaged, doing software is their passion!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During our cooperation, we solved all minor misunderstandings and problems. We have started already next project with Huboxt.

I’m a co-founder and the CTO of Viablock, Ltd. We’re based in London and offer an array of communications-related services and applications. We’re developing different applications in-house, related to the telecom industry, specifically emerging technologies.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Huboxt developed a VPN app for Android and iOS, based on our idea. They made the UI/UX of the app and started development after that.

Bogdan (Founder) has always been my main contact. I believe that he had a team working on the app in the background.

How did you come to work with Huboxt?

We found them on Upwork and gave them a quick job, after which we decided to engage them directly, outside of the platform.

The cost so far is around $1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Huboxt in late-September 2020. We’ve just finished phase two of the project, and we’re thinking of engaging Huboxt for the next iteration. The Android app is live, and the iOS version is still under review.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re responsive, and they always give feedback and deliver on time. If there’s a delay on a deliverable, they’ll inform us on time.

How did Huboxt perform from a project management standpoint?

We have communication over email and a WhatsApp group. We can always communicate with them in real-time. We also use Google Meet, where we can share screens and exchange ideas.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They take ownership of tasks and provide end-to-end development. Huboxt took care of every single aspect of the mobile app, from UI/UX design to development.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. There were no situations where they should’ve behaved differently, but it remains to be seen for the upcoming iterations. The complexity of the project will increase. We’ll be adding more features and settings to the app.

With any company, it’s important to give them clear details on what exactly they need to develop. Clients should share specifics about the deliverables and set those against a proper timeline.

What challenge were you trying to address with Huboxt?

We’ve been trying to reach markets in Europe and Asia. We needed someone to build an informational website for us. We had tried a different company and we were disappointed because time was passing and we weren’t receiving anything we wanted.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our informational website. We have the website on our local servers. Since we don’t have all the products we want to deliver, we didn’t launch yet. We’re in the process.

What is the team composition?

We’re always in contact with Bogdan (Lead Developer/Product Manager) and the designer. They also have 3-4 other developers.

How did you come to work with Huboxt?

We found them at a local exhibition where there were a lot of companies. We found a few and the others weren’t as great as we expected. We made a request for Huboxt and they did a small project and we were satisfied.

We shared what our company was about and what we wanted to achieve and we showed what kind of products we can share with people so they could understand what we want. They were okay with that and understood what we wanted.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We told them what we wanted and they delivered what we wanted. So far, it looks like how we wanted it. We had some interesting designs with the packet of tea launching in the cup and it looks very nice. All the information and products look great. They did well for us.

How did Huboxt perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very attentive. We had some meetings because they’re located in Ukraine. We had a meeting with their owner and their designer. They always delivered what we asked and delivered it on time. They made all the changes we wanted to make. They were very cooperative. We use Skype and a tracking system where they show their boards during the meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They deliver on time perfectly. They’re really attentive to what we were asking for. They were always available when we needed them. They give us a lot of information and help us a lot. They make things look very easy so we can understand how it works. When we go to launch the site, they will help us because we have an agreement about that. This will be a great step for our company. I believe this website will bring us to the next level.

Everything was okay. I give them 5/5. They were great in communication and timing. Their design was also nice. They gave us a nice price.
