I’m Director Operations at the CITI LAB. We are a Medical Laboratory providing pathological and radiological services since 1993. The tests performed in our Lab are recognized at international level. Its certifications accepted to fulfill the admission requirement in International examinations.The CITILAB is a pioneer in medical diagnosis and research by introducing modern and latest diagnostic.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We shortlisted two firms before making a decision. The main reason for selecting this firm was that the questions they asked from us helped us to define our directions. They looked like the firm which can took out the most from us by engaging in depth analysis.

After one or two meetings we were given the link from where we can sign in and search from the candidate pool. The filters given there were quite extensive and helped us to shortlist the right candidates for us. They also helped us in providing service packages which was quite beneficial and easy to understand for both us and the candidate.

I had one HR Manager who was working with me directly and their were two others who provided support in the IT department. Apart from these their director occasionally do called me to have a check and to take feedback. Quite Impressive

Yes we have moved quite ahead from our competitors by implementing HR Manual developed by them. The new entrants find it quite handy and our shoulder burden is lessened too.

Excellent. They were available on every channel. Email, WhatsApp, Applications. The workflow between us was quite splendid

They listened carefully and came up with brilliant answers. They are focused, determined in their work and I found them to go extra mile in helping us to achieve our demands

I don’t think so. We are happy and would love to work with them in future too.

To be honest they provided everything we asked for and did pretty well at the job. I think they can improve their online presence as they were not the first choice on our list based on their virtual presence when we shortlisted companies in our initial research.

Sometimes there is a grammatical error or copy paste from the previously provided document. This is an area of improvement to be meticulous.
