We needed help bringing awareness to our business, highlighting our fantastic staff, and showcasing our achievements.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Hoyt Organization, Inc. has updated our website to drive interest and engagement, added regular posts to our LinkedIn page, and managed all our social media, including employee interviews, filming, and photographing of projects. The team also creates and distributes a PCM quarterly newsletter to 1,200 recipients.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We now have an online social media presence with a consistent following, and our website is up to date and professional. Our employees feel valued by the many published interviews and photo sessions conducted by The Hoyt Organization, Inc. staff. We’ve gained many followers on social media, and clients, architects, and subcontractors comment on our posts. Additionally, The Hoyt Organization, Inc. creates and puts up industry educational posts. Employees were surprised by the newsletter and loved the content. Clients and colleagues also had positive comments.

How did The Hoyt Organization, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

The Hoyt Organization, Inc.’s project management is excellent. They keep the goal in mind but can bend and be flexible. It takes that kind of persistent fluidity to get our folks' attention. When we're on a project, the project comes first, and The Hoyt Organization, Inc. has become adept at getting the information they need without disrupting our forward progress.

Additionally, The Hoyt Organization drafted and disseminated press releases announcing firm initiatives. They also occasionally offered consulting services on overall marketing and social media strategy.

The Hoyt Organization's work led to a noticable increase in both the quantity and quality of our firm's thought leadership opportunity. As well as an increase in the visibility of our press releases.
