Hoverla Soft developed the backend for CharterNavi and connected it to NauSYS and Booking Manager. The work covered our yacht catalogue and search APIs, provider data imports and the checks needed to confirm the price and availability when a customer books. One of the more complicated parts was handling yachts listed in both systems. They built a way to show one yacht while keeping each provider's prices, calendar and booking conditions separate. They also added tools for us to review possible duplicates. They implemented the booking flow and Stripe payments, including deposits, invoices and refunds. The admin tools let us manage bookings and listings, review payment records and check provider updates. They also set up background synchronisation and tests for critical booking and payment scenarios.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a shared catalogue connected to NauSYS and Booking Manager, with prices and availability checked again when a customer books. When a yacht appears in both systems, each offer keeps its own terms. We can manage bookings and payments from the admin panel and see when a provider update needs attention. We also have controls for listing prices and commissions, so routine changes can be handled by our team

They were open about the parts that depended on the booking providers and documented the decisions as we went. If an integration had limitations, they explained what that meant for us and worked through the options with us. We appreciated being able to see the open questions and risks
